Platform is actually good but there Support team is horrible. They noobs they dont know about their ow system, users need to explain to them. Disappointed.

I have been using 3Commas for a while and I truly appreciate both its features and stability. During a contest, despite achieving a high placement, I was unable to receive the prize due to geographical restrictions. However, the team was very helpful and quickly found an alternative, advantageous solution. This experience, along with the overall quality of the service and the fast response from support, confirms their professionalism and customer care.

3commas worths the hype, I started trading in 2023 with numerous platforms like Bybit, so last year i decided to try 3commas after a friend introduced it to me. Since then, I will say it has become my first choice for trading especially bot trading.

I like that everything is made so it can be easy to understand, trading is not easy, I started about 7 months ago and I found this software to be way easier to use than Binance, besides it has a lot of features that you can use all at the same time (like in smart trade or smart cover). I love the fact that you can leave as many smart trades as you want with the maximum amount of money you have in your account and only the first that hits target is the one that activates.

3commas has very good bots. Especially the DCA bot is unique in his kind. Relative easy to setup, but an enormous set of functionalities. The backtesting is also very helpfull to setup the bot.

I am new to bot trading and support is AMAZING. Help tab and video examples are readily available, but anytime I needed one step further, I had a person on the phone any time night or day. Last man I spoke with was in Athens Greece. I started w trial, but after 30 days, went ahead and purchased the annual subscription. Even with simple GRID bot trading, I am achieving my goals, and the DEMO mode and BACKTEST are extremely helpful.

Now this place "3commas" I found it strange that they need to KYC to use algorithmic robots, I mean its not a bank or a plattform you add cash to, still I sent them a passport for verification, and the funny thing it didn't pass by the service they use 24 something. Anyways in the end after some research I found many of their services for free, going through forums, and you can also setup your own VPS with all the bots and settings you want much cheaper (if you have minimal tech skills), get the bots for free and only pay for a VPS.

Living life with 3Commas is soft and quite peaceful. I need not worry much about when to trade or quit trading. 3Commas automated trading has made things quite easy.

I clicked the 3-day free trial. Still, ofc I need to pay first.... Nothing too strange, as MOST companies allow you to cancel for free if you cancel on time. Well, not 3commasThis is pure misleading! I have the right to get my money back. And I want it back! The bots by the way suck. Created a bot. And because of "rebalancing" it buys BTC at almost 700 euros above the current price?!?! Nice start!

I tried it out for 1 month, not happy with trading view signal bot integration alert signals buy sell trades, also support dont respond or know their own documentation very well. Also the grid bots never made money always lost even though advertised as successful 30-70% over 120 days etc.. doesn't even make 0.5-1% per day tried lot sof them. so I asked for refund of my remaining annual subscription paddle said go thru paypal dispute PayPal closed my dispute so I lost my annual subscription $664 didn't veen get partial refund for 11mths remaining so no subscription no and no partial refund etc.. - they cancelled my subscription and kept my money after only using for 1 month - greedy and be careful try for a month full subscription only and see results performance - recommend crypto hopper or other platform that offer true arbitrage, better support, ticket system not handled by outside payment support reseller like paddle thru zendesk not a pleasant experience.. shame needed full subscription to test out signal bot with trading view alerts real-time sync based on custom strategies/alerts etc, tradingview refunded me my subscription why couldn't 3commas ?? avoid them..

Safe and easy to use

I am generally super satisfied with the platform. But today, while I was setting something up, this stupid "I'm not a robot" checkbox suddenly popped up... then the previous settings were just gone, and I had to start over. If I'm scalping on the platform and such a stupid field suddenly appears, will 3Commas cover my loss? I don't think so!

I tried different bots like DCA and Signal bots on 3 commas but made very little progress in terms of profits. Then i tried Grid bot which initially worked very impressive and i increase my profit from 100 USDT to 280 USDT in two days. Suddenly it started to drop and within 2 hours it became 70 USDT. I stopped the bot in panic but it went on running till became zero. I purchased 100 more USDT and started the grid bot carefully. When the profit rised to 128 USDT, it started to come down. At 120 USDT i stopped the bot but bot kept on running and till morning all the money went to zero. It was very horrible for me. I shared my experience with 3 commas team but did not get any satisfactory answer or solution.

Opened an account 5 days ago yet still they didn't finish my verification! Except the usual nonsense bot answers, still no solution. They took the picture of my passport and ID, looks like I'm scammed!

Great tool to start smart trading.

My DCA bot lost $60 and I couldn't see any way to edit the specific parameters I wanted to. For free users they don't offer customer support beyond AI so there was no help. I closed at market price and their system errored out. I didn't see the error message until the next morning which means part of it closed out part was still operating and lost another $10. Tried to get support, there was no way to get any support anywhere. Went to sell all to usdt but it wouldn't give me the option for usdt only USD. Tried that and their system errored out with that. Tried it again and it deducted $14 out of the transaction. So I lost $60 due to the edit screen not being all that complete and no support and then an additional $24 due to system errors and lack of support. Overall it was a horrible experience. The grid bot seems to be working and that's not very hard to edit so I'll leave that there for now hence two stars. And I'll look for another place or just get out of crypto altogether the hassle and amount of errors screwing everything up isn't worth it. The risk in crypto is because online systems can fail at any time and exchanges can go bankrupt etc., seems very unethical also if you care about that.

[Edited again] After a long back and forth with customer support - humans (hopefully), not bots - think I finally understand how it works although it is a bit confusing what they say, and often they don't seem to understand simple question. Not all my questions / doubts have been resolved so leaving it at 3 stars (a bump from 2). [Edited review] After longer interaction with customer service and the platform my opinion changed. First the bot doesn't work as expected as Stop Losses are not being triggered, or being triggered at wrong price levels. Support said "The stop loss order closes all open positions, not just the entry position. however, the stoploss percent is calculated from the entry price which in this case is the 800" - this literally doesn't make any sense. It closed both positions it opened when SL of the first position was hit even though the second position was barely opened and still had a long way to go before hitting its SL, but the bot closed both... why??? The other member of support also gave me the contradicting information saying that all positions are managed separately (which makes sense and is what I was expecting!), but clearly that's not the case. Customer service indeed tries to help but it feels like they are not even reading what I am saying and replying with generic answers, or giving contradicting answers. The bot seems to open positions as expected so giving one extra star for that and support's effort, but the platform needs work before its ready. [Original review] I am still testing the platform so need more time to write about effectiveness of the bot, although from the first trades it's taken it seems to work pretty well. But I am particularly happy about the support - although most of the chatting is done with a bot, but you can connect with an actual person and these guys are super helpful!! 5 star customer service, thanks folks

Helped me truly understand crypto.

I used 3commas for many years, really it's the best I found, also I liked the support always there to help. The only issue is the subscription they keep changing it.

Bot crashed while I was asleep few days ago and threw in a whole load of error codes. I was on a reversal strategy which should be correct for a choppy market but the grid bots threw a $1500 loss before I could manually exit the positions. Been messaging the help desk ever since and they say they will escalate but radio silence last two days. Very disappointing

Dishonest company. When there were many warnings that their customer API keys database was being shared with the public, they were blaming others. When their Iphone app was unnecessarily liquidating assets because of a very stupid bug, they were blaming Apple. This company keeps on making serious mistakes damaging their customers, while blaming others. If you use bots integrated in Binance, or other serious exchanges, customers are much less likely to lose their assets. 3Commas was also involved in the FTX scandal. A pretty interface that covers chronic mismanagement, which perpetuates bugs, defects, bad decisions, and of course, according to them, it`s never their fault, but the victims are at fault, after losing their money because of bugs, hacks, mismanagement, and what not. Even the FBI has been investigating this company, but in such a mess, even the FBI got confused.

The DCA bots and Smart trades are not working for a half of a month already and nobody on their end wants to troubleshoot it. I doubt they have any QA on their end at all. This is just unprofessional. The take money for the thing that is actually not working. And they don't even bother to issue a refund as an apology. The customer support is a mess. It is not available during weekends, which is just awful for crypto trading. And whenever you right emails to customer support, you just get predefined bot answers, so there is nobody actually looking into the issues on their side. You have to write dozen of emails before any customer support actually kicks in.

I have used 3commas since 2017. I love all the trading tools available on 3commas. As the crypto industry changes and new regulations come about many traders are forced off certain exchanges and have to seek refuge with another exchange. As a result, many people have lost access to futures exchanges and have lost half of 3commas practical use. After over a year of requesting futures API be added for HTX to no avail it renders the site nearly useless since there are limited futures exchanges with compatibility, and I have access to none of them due to geographical restrictions. I fear this will ultimately turn me and many others away from 3commas in the long term. I can't justify paying for it anymore for just spot trade management. If 3commas adds futures for HTX then it's a 5/5 from me and I would resume my subscription. Until then can't give it 5 stars if I can't use all of the features.

Look, I’m a pro veteran trader. I’m into quants and algos to say the least. 3 commas is really cool, to me it’s obvious their dev team is on top of it with consistent updates. Even though everything is controlled on my side via strategy parameters etc. the 3 commas program is excellent for low latency webhook signals but also offers a lot of very efficient and functional tools within its program. I would rate it at the top level however, it would be hands down a game take over if it would connect to stock brokerages as well. If 3 commas integrates via API and webhooks to major exchanges it’s going to be an exponential amplifier for the company.

Never signed up for 3commas yet since a couple of days I receive countless emails from them! Obviously someone either signed me up against my wishes or more likely they bought / scraped data from some data broker! In either case spamming emails to an unverified address is not the behavior of a trustworthy company. Edit: Regarding the reply given by 3Commas. I can confirm that one of the initial emails I received was regarding the email confirmation which I obviously didn't follow as I never signed up. While I find their response admirable it doesn't address the underlying issue that I received emails past the initial email confirmation message. How is it appropriate to send marketing communications to a still UNVERIFIED address?

Great product , i wish i only use 3commas during the last bull market inside of buying directly from the exchanges. The DCA bots were the best for me if you want to set and forget. I'm accumulating the tokens that i like without working about the market volatilities. Also the lifetime subscription (10 years) during the last BlackFriday was a great value for money.

I've been with 3Commas for a couple of years now and it's got some very powerful bots which once you understand the mechanics of how they work you can really generate good returns for little risk (if you know what you're doing - I'm making 15-30%pa with little risk / no leverage). I like 3 commas, ive spent years working on 11 qauants and all the templates for all time frames / instrument behaviors - over 10 million back tests and am finally ready to automate crypto and stocks / My system is set to go long and short / unfortunately I can not margin short In the U.S currently but even the longs are working well and equites work with all dynamics functioning with a different web hook system. The one thing I would like to see is all the bots reflect in the equity curve and not just the DCA bot.

It wasnt great. It was recommended by Crypto Code and they did not go in to much detail on what the purpose of 3 Commas is.

3Commas is a breath of fresh air, it has provided me with the ability to manage my smart trades and bots all within the one platform whilst allowing me to uitilise a number of Exchanges.

If they make changes in the environment they are not able to hold open orders or your coins in DCA Bots! That means all your money in the difference will be lost if this will happen. You will loose every month round about over 1000$ if you have a PnL over 2000$. They where not able to explain why. They do this only on big accounts (accounts over 20K). The small ones (less than 10K) are not affected by these "changes". They are not interested to inform you about a solution for that "behaviour"!

After many years of using the 3commas platform, unfortunately I had to change to another more reliable one. 4 problems I encountered: 1) their servers were hacked (luckily not my account) 2) during major bumps or dumps, servers go under load and become unreliable with possible losses 3) The choice of exchanges with which to operate is unfortunately a bit limited, for example they have not implemented MEXC 4) There is no possibility to create infinite grid bots or arbitrage bots I asked for a refund of around 50%, but I was denied. I hope they can improve in the future, in the meantime there are other trading bot platforms with which I can operate without problems and with the exchanges I like.

My buddy John and I both had close to 5,000 dollars get stolen out of our accounts..we were regular daily users of 3commas and were very happy using the platform until this happened. Seemed to be some kind of inside job (someone who had access to customers accounts). 3commas never never took responsibility (the emails we sent to them were a waste of time). Needless to say - we never used them again.

Essentially, it penalizes success and places a barrier in front of those who are just beginning to find their footing in the world of crypto trading. Moreover, the timing and communication of this policy change were less than satisfactory. Many users, including myself, were caught off guard, which has led to frustration and disappointment. This decision not only undermines the trust and loyalty that many users had in 3Commas but also pushes beginners and those with limited resources to look for alternatives that offer more supportive frameworks for learning and growth without penalizing success. In conclusion, while 3Commas remains a powerful tool for automated trading, the introduction of a fee for having an active bot under the free plan when it becomes profitable is a disappointing development. It significantly detracts from the platform's appeal to a broad section of its user base. As such, I find myself forced to reconsider my use of 3Commas and explore other platforms that maintain a more user-friendly approach to supporting traders at all levels.

I had a technical issue on the DCA bot page, but Chris from the support team promptly addressed it. His assistance was exemplary, providing clear instructions and resolving the issue efficiently. Moreover, he went above and beyond by offering a discount as a gesture of goodwill. Thanks to Chris and the 3Commas team, I'm impressed by their dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend their service!

I was looking for a trading terminal and found 3commas. As a test (for at least year) I subscribed for the basic plan and if everything was satisfactory, I’d subscribe for a more advanced plan. At first everything seemed to work ok, but then I encountered two critical 3commas issues in a short time which made it impossible for me to trade using the tools on the 3commas platform. The first one was resolved after a while (exchange connection issue). The second one is being / was handled very badly (3commas page 'blanks out' when using the 3commas drawing tools on the charts and loses all data). No updates on the issue. No replies on my messages. I’ve asked for a compensation, but wasn’t even offered a reply, let alone offered an extension for the days not being able to trade using their platform. It's still unresolved and the crypto market has risen significantly since the issue ($49000 to $63000). Because of all this, I wouldn't recommend 3commas to anyone. ------------------------------------------------------------ Update 15 March 2024 ------------------------------------------------------------ After the unanswered messages someone from 3commas finally contacted me on 04 March 2024 with an explanation. He suggested that the problem might be my internet connection or memory, so I showed that it couldn’t be the issue as my internet connection is a stable 450mb/s fiber connection and I have 64gb RAM. After that it almost felt like I was in an unpaid UAT where I was asked to record my screen and reproduce the problem with the developer console mode on in my browser. Which I also did for them. The results would be used by their QA team and they would update me, but…… I didn’t hear anything from them. I had to ask myself….again, and again no answer. After escalation, there was a generic answer (as always) stating that they are working on it. At this point I just want my money back with compensation for all the time I couldn’t trade using their platform in the last month, while the crypto market rose and also corrected. This resulted in significant losses for me.

Grid bot is really cool seeing it trade, made a little bit of profit using some of the strategies on there but nothing amazing, 4 stars for not losing all my money hahaha.

Been with them just over 1yr, no profits returned from most bots, told by customer services it would be sent back to binance once the bots are stopped and cancelled, nothing came back, e.g. i had 10644 xrp with a bot returning profits in xrp coin that i could see, none returned on closing all my bots back to binance, will be asking for my two yearly subscriptions back

Nov 22: Sold me an annual plan for $174 Dec 1: Discontinued plan - new plan better&cheaper Dec 12: Attempted to switch to better&Cheaper - Denied Dec 12: Attempted to get full refund - Denied Dec 12: Upgraded to "Pro Annual" +$281 Dec 12 - 22: Bots lagged over an hour, lost money due to lag Dec 22: Requested cancellation and refund In 14 day grace period for full refund supposedly Dec 26: Issued refund for $182 out of $455 paid. Account completely closed. Summary: I paid $455 for 34 days of service. 20 of those days were on "Starter" that is only 14$/month. The other 14 were in the initial grace period, but even so, a month of pro is only 37 dollars. Total Cost for 34 days after "refund": $273 Bots lag for over an hour on coinbase. I was told it was coinbase's API (Bitsgap also running and its fine) I was told it was because it was a low liquidity pair (So bot only works with PART of the exchange? Unadvertised and new) Steer clear, I was a customer for years, but they don't care about ripping you off. Their service never had the problems I describe before, nothing changed, except they came out with new plans, and suddenly grid bots are useless.

Due to a bug with the API, my stats show as if I sold all my assets at one point, while this is totally not the case. I contacted support (which was very polite and kind), but they weren't able to remove this day from the charts or otherwise fix it. So now my stats are permanently incorrect without any way to ever make them correct again. Also, the new subscriptions have a massively worse bang-for-buck ratio than the old ones. I'm happy I'm still on the old subscription, but if I ever had to switch to the new ones, I'd rather go and use a different platform. Also, they force me to switch to their new app, which lacks features the old app has. Why would you force people to switch to something worse? This is straight out senseless. If above things get improved upon, I'll gladly update my review. Update: support created a feature request on my behalf back then when I faced the issue that was caused by the API issue. Today I got confirmed that the request got removed and therefore officially confirm they do not give anything about this feedback. I'm therefore stuck with this issue forever without any will from 3commas to correct this. Very unfortunate and therefore bad (customer) service. Deducted a star for this.

This is the very first thing I see, after I conected coinbase and 3commas. So far I have no idea how good 3commas is. Great!

Logs shows tons of errors. Doesn’t place all trades. Suddenly stops working. Support needs massive support from you and can’t even read the logs on their side and don’t know what they’re doing. Their product managers promised a simple yet important feature over a year ago, still not delivered. I make more using standard grid bots that are native on the exchanges. Can’t trust 3commas unfortunately.

Worst support experience EVER. One of guy named "eric" don't answer my messages more than 30 minutes. He only reads. After that they transferred another guy named "Javier". He helped me but their system is so buggy. The codes are not arriving to my mailbox.That's not worth it to waste a time.

I tried the 7 day free trial and cancelled my subscription 3 days before the trial ended. This is now the third attempt at charging my card $888 since I’ve cancelled the trial. How do I get these scammers to stop trying to steal from me? Edit: Your reply is total bs and doesn’t account for the third attempted charge today….days later than any of my supposed subscriptions. I had already been in contact after the first two charges and was assured it would be resolved. Woke up today with a third attempted charge. Seems like you’re playing the blame game instead of owning up to having sub par software. It should have never let me do a second trial at the same time with the same account (if that even is what happened) but absolutely doesn’t account for the third attempted charge. Today. Days after I was assured it was “resolved” by two different members on your team. Take responsibility for your faulty systems, ffs. Edit: They have edited their reply as I had to go back to their help chat and cuss them out for blaming me for their shortcomings. (They don’t have a call number so you have to deal with the the online chat.) Don’t use them. They’ll take your money and blame you for their sh!t software.

Be careful, they advertise "full refund within 14 days" but when you request them for the refund, they send you to request it to another company called PADDLE, so 3Commas wash their hands saying that they are the ones that can refund it. They keep you going back and forth between chatbots and automated emails, no real person provides a solution.

The worst experience ever! The app is so glitchy, the browser not working even allowed me to delete my account (different email from the one in my review - so they don't say they couldnt find an account with these details). The tech is not worth it all, wasted 2 hours of my Sunday afternoon trying to sort 2 simple tasks...connecting an exchange, removing an account from my protfolio, deleting my account (and not yet sorted as well). Not clear intructions proper support. Such a shame..i wouldnt join even if it was free, dont know how they got 4.2 reviews here, clearly not for me. Best of luck to those who are members already.

I told 3Commas I did not want to renew my membership. They ignored my email, and took $174 out of my account a week later, AGAINST MY WISHES. They do not answer emails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND 3Commas. Beware!! Update: After MANY EMAILS, and way too much time spent, I finally got my money refunded; but to me, the damage is done. I won't be using 3 Commas again.

This is the platform where I've found the most unsuccessful bots I've ever used. I was using the 3commas grid bot, and even though I was supposed to have a loss of 5 USDT, I ended up with a loss of 20 USDT due to the bot's incorrect transactions. It opens grids in a disproportionate and nonsensical way. All of the grid transactions that should have resulted in profit ended in a loss. You can be sure that the 3commas grid bot does not work in volatile markets, and in fact, even when you should be taking profit, it will drag you into a loss.

I am a beginner at this whole cryptocurrency influx, but this platform gives good instructions for setting up bots using the DCA method, which is what I was looking at learning.

The customer support rep was patient and courteous.

3Commas was founded in 2017 in Estonia, providing crypto trading bots. At the end of 2022 3commas customer API keys were leaked and used by criminals to steal customer funds (some claim $millions lost). At the time 3Commas had no IP white listing protection (this has now been added), so counter trading was used by criminals to steal funds even without withdrawal permissions. **So only use any bots with IP white listing or similar protection.** The grid and DCA bots are good although lack some features. The DCA bots lack features available in their smart trades. One glaring omission is you can only display balances in USD or Euro, no support for other currencies. So if you want GBP you have to manually work out the profits yourself. Warning dialogues have no "do not show again" tick box, so have to be acknowledged time and time again. There are bugs, for example Grid Bot charts keep displaying distorted scales and don't automatically adjust.

The site is wonderful, the bots are great, but the cost of their monthly plans are too expensive to be profitable enough to maintain a perpetual renewal to keep access to the bots. Currently, there are no bot options profitable enough to pay for a monthly renewal for investors with low starting capital (i.e. $100). This only further widens the wealth gap, and cuts out a very large percentage of potential users. I suggest perhaps a 'Lite' plan that provides access to at least 1 bot just to get started with, or maybe scaling the monthly cost to the profit margin of the portfolio, in order to promote a mutually profitable relationship. As it is however, I am forced to retire from using the paid parts of the site (i.e. the bots especially), because renewing the access plan would put me at a perpetual monthly loss. (e.g. $31.50 after taxes to renew a plan that only profited a net $7 for the month off of a starting $76 (which is about a 9.21% increase). Even if I consistently made that 9.21% increase every month, the $31.50 monthly renewal fee would completely wipe out my entire portfolio, plus some, after only the 3rd month of operation!

I had a connection issue and the support team was awesome. Extremely fast and super kind. We sorted out my problem with a back and forth email conversation which was really great.

If you are thinking about using 3commas, THINK AGAIN. I urge you to read my review in COMPLETE detail. This is serious and 3commas lacks any accountability WHATSOEVER! When things get out of hand, they will simply IGNORE YOU, just like when they were hacked. PLEASE READ THIS AND CHOOSE WISELY: I found out about 3commas through a trader friend (who also has since cancelled), but I should have went with my initial gut and NOT used this company after seeing the writing on the wall. YES, these guys had a big API key hack, supposedly losing traders millions of dollars, and the as the story goes, not only did they LIE about it being a hack or something of concern, but later came out and explained the truth (that they lied and were hacked) and did absolutely nothing via monetary reparations to traders for LITERAL damages. So... like a fool (admittedly) I decided to give them a shot and thought, maybe them getting hacked and it being literally TOP crypto news at the time, was something that set them straight. People learn from their mistakes and oftentimes improve, SO I gave them a chance. I setup an account and connected them to my exchange, and things were going great for i'd say about 3 months. Then, they started sending all this messages about how they were going to be going "offline" in the middle of the night to do routine maintenance, but if there were any issues you could let them know. The first one, I wake up to all my deals saying error. This means that NOTHING is trading during all that downtime, meaning if you hit your trade profit mark, 3commas is essentially disconnected and can't do anything. Fine, stuff happens, they claim it's for security, i'll look past that. I get with 3commas and within about 1 day they get things back online. The next week, they do more routine maintenance, it happens again and I ask them why does this happen so often, and they simply blame it on my exchange saying, "oh well maybe Coinbase had a security update this happens sometimes" and I'm thinking but really twice in 1 month and you guys are the ones with all the emails spam saying you're doing routing maintenance that may cause issues, more often then none, for an entire month. Anyways, fast forward to the last 2 weeks which is THE UTMOST WORST NIGHTMARE any bot trader can experience (make sure you read this in detail): So, my API keys in my 2FA got reset. No biggy, this happens sometimes and even 3commas states this, and in the event of say upgrading your cell phone or losing your cell phone, this would require 3commas to reset your 2FA. I also had to do the same thing with my exchange, Coinbase. Coinbase support had me back in my 2FA account in literally 10 hours. 10 hours! Same day I was in the 2FA and had access back. With 3commas it took 2 weeks! YES 2 weeks. This is 2 weeks that I couldn't view deals, couldn't manipulate bots, couldn't make changes, NOTHING! My hands were tied. I tried to do the 2FA reset with them and they have this stupid policy you have to wait 5 days, YES 5 days (nothing takes 5 days in the world of AI and the internet in 2023). On the 6th day I get a message saying that you've received an email to reset 2FA. But I never got it. I contacted support and all they said was, we apologize for the inconvenience, but there is an error on our end with the sending of the 2FA email, and our technical team will have to "manually reset your 2FA". I get into the chat and speak with a guy named Praise. I explain to him that I saw on reddit many folks that had this happen and upon reset after this error on 3commas part, their active bot deals, basically either got deleted, removed, lost connection to the exchange or both... The didn't say anything. He completely dodged this question and VANISHED. Yes literally vanished from the chat. It said he was "online" but my messages were "not read", and I sat there messaging him and BEGGED, begged like a starving dog telling him please please, if having them do a manual reset will cause what I read on reddit about losing ALL active trades and tracking please I'm begging you DO NOT do this, I have upwards of $11,400 in balance with Coinbase and an active over $8500 in trades/deals which was like around 36 active deals (KEEP READING). He left the chat and ghosted me. In a panic I emailed 3commas support at that moment saying the guy in the chat left, PLEASE dont do this. I got NO response for 2 days, until I got a message saying "your 2FA has been manually reset". I lost all active deals & contacted support. They stated converting them to smart deals would fix this. It literally did not, and once the girl in the chat (Olga) realized this, they vanished. I lost money & all tracking. And all I get now is automated messages from 3commas. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! NO ACCOUNTABILITY WHATSOEVER! Simply Google 3commas alternatives and thank me later!

I've been using this service on and off for about three years, hoping it would get better, but I've always ended up disappointed. It feels like they're getting worse with each passing year, but this year (2023) really takes the cake. Their website barely works, and sometimes it doesn't even fully load. And don't get me started on their useless Android app unless all you want to do is watch your current trade. The amount of money you'll lose because of their incompetent technology is nothing compared to the frustration you'll feel trying to get their app to work. To top it all off, if you really want to see this scam of a service at their best, ask for your money back. At the rate they are degrading, I don't expect them to be around for much longer.

I don't relish the fact that a vpn is required for various functions but hopefully I'll be able to navigate them eventually

Ich habe 10 Tage lang meinen portfolio beobachtet und entdeckt, dass dieser um das Doppelte geringer war, als er eigentlich sein sollte. Ich habe herausgefunden, dass ich beispielsweise in einem portfolio über 1100€ minus gemacht habe (der Betrag ist inklusive meiner Verluste, sodass dieser das Geld beschreibt, das grundlos verschwunden ist), in dem anderen -800€, in noch einem aneren über -500€. Also eine Menge Geld, welches grundlos fehlt. Daraufhin habe ich mich an das Support-Team von 3commas gewendent, mit allen möglichen und notwendigen Beweisen (Excel-Dateien, Screenshots). Die Antworten, die ich bekam waren nur oberflächlich und gar nicht problemlösend. Es hat sich angefühlt als würde ich mit einer Wand reden, da nicht auf meine Probleme eingegangen wurde. Der Chat ging über 4 (!!) Tage, da entweder nicht mehr geantwortet wurde oder ein neuer Mitarbeiter eingebeten wurde (ich habe am ersten Tag mit 4 Mitarbeitern geschrieben! - für nichts). Meine Bitte: informieren Sie sich über Ihre Plattform und vorallem über die Leistung des Support-Teams. Und checken Sie die Differenz Ihres portfolios und der Verluste! I'm not a fan of their Ambassador program because of the conflict of interest when viewing their videos. 3Commas should do their own training videos. Don't be shy. You can do it.

The automated bots and capabilities are great, but the support doesn't delve into situations any more and provides standardized texts without solving the problem. Support used to be good. Probably not anymore.

OKX api connection just keeps failing. I have to reconnect it every 2-3 days. Really annoying, and I can't find real person to chat to with their support messanger.

I like the fact that 3commas free account is available for running DCA bot, smart trade and grid bot at no cost.This is very attractive proposition to little guys like us who make tiny money. What would be seen as a next level improvement would be when I go to DCA bot management window I have an option to sort deals by profit but up to 100 deals. This can be extended to a max number of trading pairs. Most likely sorting happens on a client side so there should be no extra demand on resources for 3commas. Also when I want to edit DCA bot deal which is active I have options such as cancel, add funds, change profit margin and those options are great. What would take DCA bot to the next level of trading would be options such as start order type (market or limit), also base order size and safety order size changeable while bot is active. I know this is is mutch to ask but those features in addition to what is available already would make your platform stand out of the crowd.

It's okay but to expesive for the services they deliver. And the fact that they were hacked doesn't help. It' s hard to word with because 3comma's does its own calculations. P&L is inaccurate after adding funds and when you want a scalp trade you have te calculate back because they calculate the fees for you. That makes it hard to work with. But most of all it's to expensive for the services they deliver.

I use 3Commas for DCA Bot Trading. Love it. I tie it to TradingView charts so that the bots enter trades when stuff happens on the charts that I am looking for, but even if it goes the 'wrong' way, I let the DCA bot action work the deal until it goes the 'right' way. As close as I can find to 'risk free' trading on crypto.

The DCA bots are really good , if you configurate them with low risk settings . Only remember to stop them from time to time in a bear market .

There was a time that this company could be trusted and folks were making money. Unfortunately, this is no longer the case. In January, I purchased a 12 month Advanced level subscription. I stuck with them during the API key debacle (which is frankly unforgivable) and decided to give them a 2nd chance. After a week on the Advanced level, because of that hassle, they offered to give me 1 month of PRO service - and provided a promo code which I applied. When that month of Pro service expired, my account was reset to the Free tier with a small balance remaining on my account rather than the Advanced tier with 11 months remaining. I've now been asking them politely to correct this for 4 days. Finally, an agent tells me that they are unable to correct this because payments are handled through a 3rd party and they don't have permission from management to fix these mistakes. So, for my 12 month subscription, I only had 1 week of service (plus a month of Pro I guess). Their refusal to do the right thing and correct this tells me all I need to know about their trustworthiness.

I could not launch bots at one stage, and wasnt able to even see my active bots, which cost me money as i couldn't access them to close them during a downturn in the market. Support has been terrible, waiting days to hear something back. And i have had to chase up my refund, which still hasnt been received. Also, during pumps in price action, smart trades often missed my take profit areas, and the same with upper stop loss on bots. Very disappointed and wont be recommending to anyone.

The DCA bot is handful, new function Smart bot is also a good one. I didn't use the grid bot due to a little bit risky at current situation and I don't really understand how to setup for it. There is one thing that bother me a little that sometime the filter on Bot screen don't show all my bot include future DCA. I have to clear filter even I didn't use any.

I'm waiting now for more than 3 weeks an answer from the support in the live chat & by e-mail, with an Annual Pro Plan.. waste of money !! Very good products, makes trading a lot easier , the DCA bot and the Grid bot is what i use mostly. They also have the smart cover but which is also very cool. The smart sell future is awesome because it lets you sell and make a profit even if you are in the red.

great opportunities for DCA bots, many signal possibilities including tradingview. API key leakage did cost a lot of reputation and trust. Hopefully they have fixed it and finally can get the trust of their customers back.

I watched some user YouTube videos to understand some features of 3commas. I like how I can share my bots with my friends. Grid bots are fun too.

I've been using 3commas for about 1 month. So far I like the user interface and tools. I was a bit cautious when beginning to use it due to all the recent API fud. But I understand there are protocols that can be taken advantaged of to protect ones account now, so I feel safe to use it now. this product will make you loose money, in some deals looks like it intentionally opens deals that will make you loose money be careful update: after your reply magically it got better but some days ago you had an update in your service, according to your sent email, I didn't touch any settings in bots and again it started to open deals that did go down and it took all the profits it made till that day, and it was going down till I stopped all bots, are you doing this intentionally? please pay attention, bots were giving profits but after your service update everything turns into a disaster isn't this your doing? Fantastic way to get experience with "bot" trading. The learning curve is small with loads of tools to help new users. Features are plentiful and subscription plans are available for all types of investors, although it would be a much better platform to offer an "ala carte" plan. It is an extremely unreliable platform. I got my life savings stolen within 6 hours because of the terrible security system.

Recently there were a couple of security scares and the 3Commas took immediate action to make sure your assets were safe. I've been using for a few years now, but I have never ran into any major problems especially any while I was paper trading until about 7 weeks ago. I recently find out that Binance exchange (heavy KYC oriented) doesn't like 3commas users from countries they deem unfit to paper trade using their version of the Trading-view api integration on 3commas platform (paper trading relies on it). This was a devastating loss, I couldn't buy/sell from the terminal/smart-trader interface because I couldn't see at all, any of the progress of my trades from the terminal/smart trade/bots etc. Even though it's only a Paper trade account, I rely heavy on back-testing strategies for smart trade and for bots that reflect real results when applied over to my real account. Luckily a mod (Aleksei) helped me out and told me how to alleviated the problem using temporary work around.

The only platform on the market that provides unbeaten UX for trading automation. Unfortunately, only on crypto markets. Would use it for all trading accounts management if it would work with classic brokers like IB.

Since the 3commas got hacked and API keys were leaked, I have lost all my deals that are still live on exchanges, and support so far has been less than helpful saying I have done things I have not really done, take responsibility for your actions, the deals have disappeared because of errors you have done on your end.

DCA BOT settings are not working properly, but worst is costumer support; very very slow and polite only at words, they don't understand and when they do understand they will end up just buying time. Issue never solved, and i am still not able to set the bot properly

3Commas leaked API keys causing over $27 million in losses for their customers. They denied it for months and blamed it on the users as victims of phishing. Since then, a hacker released a huge list of API keys that was used to drain the accounts of many of their customers, proving that 3Commas leaked the API keys. There are still more victims being hacked daily! Do not trust 3Commas with your API keys.

Automatisiertes Handeln war so natürlich nicht mehr möglich, weshalb ich 3commas aufforderte die Abo-Jahresgebühr anteilig zu erstatten. 3commas weigerte sich mit dem Hinweis, dass technisch betrachtet das traden ja durchgehend möglich gewesen wäre. So ein Anbieter verdient weder euer Vertrauen noch euer Geld.

I've been trading using 3Commas almost throughout the entire year 2023, a difficult year for crypto, yet I have managed to make some profits thanks to their GRID and DCA bots. As the software side goes, never a problem. Now of course there is the matter of the leaked API keys, hence most recent comments are negative, but apparently they are working at hardening their systems. What matters to me (everyone can be attacked and data stolen, especially in this business) is that their platform is solid and well thought. When the rumours of the APIs leak started, I removed my keys and have been studying pretty much all the trading bots services available, as a possible alternative. They are all inferior to 3Commas, with the exception maybe of CoinRule which allows much more powerful deal start/end conditions. What I would suggest to 3Commas is to work on this aspect of their software. Having multiple open deal conditions as logical ANDs does not allow me to start a trade if (for example) SMA 20 crosses 50 _OR_ RSI >40. Neither I can set a 'Take Profit if the price crosses below MA 20' for example (simply because they don't offer this signal condition). So, if they manage to improve their Deal Start and Take Profit conditions (with more logical operators AND signals) they would be surely the best auto-trading service on the market.

Got hacked througt API stolen from them.

I've been using 3commas for more than year, but on 17/12 my API keys on 3commas have been compromised and the hacker drained all my KuCoin account. As far i know first instances of API keys data breach were in October'22 and all 3commas did was constant denial and ridiculing those who suffered the attack. So basically they decided that saving their face was more important that their customer's funds. Now the truth came to light- the API keys were indeed compromised and it was proven by a white hat hacker who published the leaked API. 3commas are acting like they didn't know. Terrible, terrible company that doesn't take responsibility for their actions.

Dear all, I have fallen victim to the 3Commas API Data Breach. My API keys were more than one year old and had no withdrawal rights. Hackers used the api keys to wash trade my account on the exchange and there are more victims. Together we lost over 22 mln USD, on twitter you will find more info. Everything was working fine until this issue started three months ago. 3Commas blames the victims and denies there is a leak while most of the victims are well educated and some them even have a technical cybersecurity background. Day by day new accounts are targetted and our Telegram group keeps growing. 3Comma's knows this for a long time already and never warned us as a precaution. The first case dates from October and more recent ones were drained during Christmas. In the mean time on the 28th of December a list with leaked Api keys was published on twitter and 3Commas admitted the data breach. Hopefully they will think about the victims now and come up with a solution to refund our losses.

Meiner Vermutung ist aber das es ziemlich häufig vorkommt das Hacker die API´s direkt über 3commas erhalten.

API Breach ~ everyone has been contacted (law enforcement, 3commas, exchanges) etc… all proper reports have been made; always use 2FA 100%, whitelisting send addresses, strong password- only 1 API used connected to 3commas … seems daily there are more & more victims ~ here’s a hypothetical investigation via past issues w/APIs & 3commas. These API keys provide the trading bots with restricted access to user accounts strictly to conduct trades and do not grant the bots with any withdrawal rights. This also means that if your account becomes compromised, and some hackers were able to gain control of your trading activity, they still wouldn’t be able to directly access your exchange accounts in order to make withdrawals (unless you set up api that way/not recommended). Hackers have been reported to obtain API access and then commander the bots to purchase high quantities of low-value coins that the hackers have already previously purchased. After artificially inflating both the demand and price of said coins, the hackers then sell off their personal holdings for a profit, leaving the compromised account owners holding funds in the low-value coins ie, wash-contra trade ~ from yours to theirs - so they buy shitcoins (w/your funds) at exponentially high prices (way above bid/ask) w/your funds - to pump a coin they already have - then sell the top, leaving you w/almost no value left in your account.

Bad experience! Please avoid this! I used in 2019 and in 2022 dec my funds gone from my account!

I had some trouble with the bots at first, but 3Commas came through to help me out. I appreciate their help though I was frustrated for awhile.

A very good trading platform if you are intereses in trading with high performancē.

I have been with this platform already for a year. More than satisfied with performance of my bots bringing steady income. They work even for bear market. Sad to see negative comments blaming 3Commas from bots and fake users here, be responsible and critically evaluate the information available in trustful sources.

I lost all my assets due to 3commas leak of the client's API keys. My total assets was worh around $180,000 I woke up and my exchange's balance was zero. During the night someone executed over 12,000 transactions on my account through the API key added to 3commas. I used Binance Fast Connect feature, so there where no copy/pasting of the key thus the key was transmited to 3commas directly. Company claiming the phising attacks, but please answer me the questions 1. If this is phishing, how did 2FA get bypassed? 2. Even if that happened due to phishing, how did the fraudster get our API key data? 3. Fast Connect won't even let me (a client) see the API key data, how would a fraudster get it, if they are not an employee?

So there are about 40+ users who had their api leaks via 3commas. There was some major funds lost and stolen valued at around 10 + million. 3commas is not taking responsibility for their actions and the ceo is a complete lunatic, replying to his customers with "f**ck you's" and you're an idiot comments.

3Commas experienced a data breach which resulted in the loss of millions of customer funds. Instead of doing right by it's customers 3Commas decided to put blame and threaten it's customers when confronted. Between September and December of 2022 customers have lost over 20 Million in funds due to a compromised API database. Malicious 3rd parties where able to contra-trade funds out of customer exchange accounts anonymously with no help what so ever from 3Commas.

I am using the Pro subscription. The product is good but the support is really making me crazy. Live support agent seem like to be a bot. Not able to understand the real issue and sending whole lot of standing bot script replied. The agent also take long time to reply or missing in action. I am not able to change agent except login and logout. So far, it is a nightmare. Should have a better support training.

Really nice platform for setting orders and keeping track of them. Easy to understand. The bot section is really nice too. I wish it was possible to save presets for orders as it would save us from entering the same values each time.

I have created test robots on the paper account, but I have noticed that there are several options for improvements that can be implemented easily, but the feedback system I find very inefficient because I want to gather several similar ideas of the same tendency to think about attending. With that, they no longer have several small tools that can help a lot if they were implemented.

Simply the best tool for automated crypto trading that I have tried. You can connect to all most common exchanges and even with the free plan you are able to use some of their really powerful bots. Over more than a year of use I also haven't run into any kind of error or unexpected behaviour.

I have tried out different bots since 2021in Arbitrage and Trading with 300hrs of accumulated experience with the top brands like Bitsgap, CryptoHopper and 3commas. By far, 3commas is the best option out there due its user friendly interface, transparency in transactions and reports, support 24/7 and a vast knowledge available on the ins and outs of the platform.

So far have been using it for few months . Setting it up its easy , have free plan for all sorts of tests and so far there hasn`t been any issues .

Love the convenience of the platform, allowing me to manage most of my crypto portfolios from one spot. only complaint is that it doesn't have Coinbase support, with coinbase pro going away in the near future. But I doubt that is 3comma's fault. Great platform. Great convenience. Amazing uptime. Never had a problem in all my use.

in General, 3commas is the best tool yet ever. but, requesting fast moving solutions for many things that annoying and not ok, like enter the 3commas from website, in one single day I was requested 4 times login with my username and password! in one single day! asked for solution, the reply is not good. many other features I hope you enhance and move fast. like auto-trade/bot profits/breakeven with timeout / entry levels, fixes at many levels and recently my hold of USDT in my futures account is not correct showing compared to binance.

Been using 3Commas for years and have a hard time imagining how I would trade without it. The ability to manage trades from multiple exchanges from a single platform I can monitor and control from any device simplifies (what used to be) complicated processes.

I do not know of a trading site with tools to automate trades like 3Commas. They have DCA Bots I use to trade on Binance Futures. From different deal start conditions, trailing take profit, safety trades to auto-convert to smart trade option, 3Commas DCA Bots have all you need to make your trades as safe as possible to maximise profits and minimize losses. 3Commas Grid Bots allow you to edit every parameter of the bot even if it is active. This is very useful if I need to edit the range to avoid the price moving out of my range. However, They should add the feature to create Grid Bots in either Neutral, Long or Short direction instead of the neutral only for Binance futures.

Really a good Tool for automated trading. Easy to understand and a friedly support that really supports you. Good Tutorials and Systemstability too. Here a little bit more details: I’m using mainly DCA bots and grid bots but you can also create HODL or OPTIONS bots. The GUI is really easy to understand and you have a lot parameters and features to make the bots fit into your Strategie. Especially a lot of features that limit your potential loss when something not going as planned. Also the feature of testing your bots in a paper trading account is really helpfull. At the moment I really looking out for the backtesting feature that I Larry saw in the beta testing! 3Commas is also constantly bringing new features and the possibilities. In the last 3years I using this service the fewt getting more and more and better. Also the process to bring new features that are demanded by the community gives me really the feeling that my opinion as user counts.

I have been trading intensively for more than a year with 3commas and after trying others, I can say that it is the best platform for trading crypto with bots. Month after month they add new features and their customer service always attends you very well, quickly and professionally. Once you get the hang of it, if you combine it with your own TradingView signals, the possibilities are endless. Although you have to go slowly, it takes time to master algorithmic trading.

Doing research and finding a platform that can be 'open source' to different strategies and indicators there is nothing like 3Commas. Even a novice can start an account and make a profit inside one week using conservative settings. The availability of paper trading and backtesting avenues has given me the tools to have a balanced portfolio with conservative through aggressive strategies. If you want to DCA and hold certain coins for the next bull run, this plat form is also very efficient at doing this. I cannot imagine my crypto experience without 3Commas.

I love my robots. They dont suffer from FOMO or any other emotion, but instead lurk patiently waiting for the right moments to trigger. I lost money continously until I found 3commas. Now I make it continuously. Even while I sleep or go fishing. :)

I prefer setting up my positions with 3Commas rather than directly through Bybit, but way too often my TP and SL weren't being triggered. I don't know if it was a fault of 3Commas or Bybit's API, but either way the lack of reliability rendered the platform useless for me.

Shocking company Charged me for an additional year subscription without informing me first via email and the second charge was nearly double the amount of the previous year. Requested refund via Paddle within 24 hours of bank charge (meaning I was entitled to full refund) only to find that they refunded a partial amount and kept over £100 of the fee, just to return my money the very next day after cancelling the subscription. Contacted 3Commas support and provided evidence of this only to then be accused by a member of their support team of altering dates, even though screenshots were provided clearly showing the date and time stamp was within the same 24 hour period of the bank charge! Bad service and terrible customer service. I will never use again.

My experience by this platform is awefull.I m trying to deposit for hours and I can t.I asked help from the customer support and this was my biggest mistake.They answear every five minutes and they also ask the same questions.I felt like I was talking with the wall. Then they send links to find help on my own but the links are not helpfull.I missed all my day in front of my pc and I still didn't deposit money.I only asked how can I get an API in a free account to transfer money.I don't want to imagine how many hours would I miss if I wanted something difficult.

Great platform for bot trading! Plenty of educational tools to help you set proper parameters, and find success in your trades. Advanced options for controlling your trades, making it easier to keep living life, and not being glued to your screen. Mobile App is getting better as well! Trading view charts and tools, plus daily monthly bot result charts would be awesome to see in the app.

PATHETIC PATHETIC...Be careful 3commas as some problem and system issues. I put a trade futures on Ape/usdt and stop loss. However, the stop loss is not triggering and price went pass the stop loss. This has happened twice in 5 days. I have reported to the team but no help so far. When it happened first time it liquidated my account and yet team could not do anything. I am paying lot of money for the 3commas subscription and its horrible to loose money on a system error that is not free... rip off rip off. their response on this is very cold and unhelpful.

Fantastic trading bots and can buy and sell trades at the speed of light. Has many exchanges that can be connected to your portfolio keeping everything under one roof. Would highly recommend.
