I was recently involved in a scam that was advertised on social media through Facebook. A third party contacted me to open a crypto account, they set up phone meetings and guided me through opening a Cryptohopper account. They then talked me through setting up an Atomic wallet Alarm bells went off when they looked for access to my phone. I did not go further with any transactions and ceased all contact, I later found out the Atomic wallet I opened had no value. I contacted Crytohopper to explain what happened to me and to warn other people to beware of this scam. They were extremely helpful and were able to refund me for the credits I bought. They replied straight away, and have excellent customer service.

There are a few things to know before jumping in Cryptohopper. Overall appreciation: the platform is neither too complex nor too easy. You can start very simple with a free template bot, and then gradually fine-tune it, up to building your own strategies with technical indicators or AIs fed by multiple strategies/signals (Hero only). It's also easy to configure a bot that doesn't sell at a loss (if you're uneasy when starting). For that I think it's a great choice for both newcomers and people with a significant experience too, which is a real bright point. Otherwise, the UI feels a bit old school, UX is... well it's barebones, and some common features in trading bots are lacking, do Cryptohopper still innovate? I'm constantly tempted to look elsewhere. Help & Support : Kinda good. The in-app documentation via tooltips is a great thing I'd wish I see more often (could be slightly improved still). The actual documentation is good and covers every aspect I had questions on. Support : as with many products now you'll be greeted by an AI that is actually helpful to read the docs in your place. You can say "patch me through a human" if you need and they answer in a few minutes. I've had a few interactions with them, it was okay-tier, a bit impersonal but that did the job, didn't had serious issues but I think they would help if I had. Overall, I have trust. Subscriptions & Marketplace : For that I removed a full point where I wanted to give a four-stars review. Many reasons, so I will detail more. 1) It's unclear on the pricing plan that you'll have only one bot per sub. For example, when they say "15 trading bots": that actually means one bot, and you can only trade 15 different coins in that bot. This is plain misleading. 2) Subscription price : $37.26 with VAT for the first subscription tier, Explorer, is non negligible, with low capital (around $1K) you might struggle to break even let alone make profit, UNLESS you pay even more to get good marketplace items. With that subscription, you only have one backtest per day (I can get that backtests are intensive to run though, just rewrite the thing in Rust or something). You can only trade 15 coins and have many other limitations. That's just not good enough. The one backtest thing is even more problematic for beginners or people who want to test the product, as they'll need to wait a LOT of time to test adjustments to their bot. This might discourage a lot of people (I almost left because of that, cancelled then subscribed again!). The mid tier subscription Adventurer is good if you can make a good amount of profit by having a significant capital and a good config. The last subscription, Hero, is way too expensive for what it technically is: $163,56 (!!) with VAT and "payment method fees", whatever that is. Only get this if you have thousands of dollars to work with and some experience in trading bots, otherwise you will bleed money. 3) Marketplace : it's harder than it might seem to find the good items. Free items won't get you profitable with the subscription costs and low capital. Some paid items will be just bad or outdated. Also, their price adds up so you better be sure what you buy will recoup your costs, that might now be around $40 to $200 per month depending on the subscription and chosen items. You'll need to know what you're doing... which is hard if you can't do enough backtests or find & pay the good items. That's where there is a bright spot and a possible gigantic potential improvement for Cryptohopper: you have a 14 days refund policy on all subscriptions AND most marketplace items (except templates and bundles for logical reasons explained in the documentation). I had several refunds, the team executes them in around a day and aren't annoying about it at all, whether you made profit or not, they just do it. However, you still have to contact support, file the different details by hand, etc. My suggestion to Cryptohopper: - Let us have a trial period on items so we can try the marketplace items that work best for us. - Raise the backtest limit a bit so people can test out the items to find their combo. I think this would *dramatically* help trust and people finding a good combo that gets them profitable, choose to stay with Cryptohopper and pay for your services. Just an impression, but I think you have a massive blind spot here to increase customer happiness and success. With a few good moves in these directions, I would easily upgrade my notation, because I really like the platform and intend to stay. ------- [KRAKEN USERS] One last bonus point I really appreciated and that is worth mentioning: they support Kraken auto-earn (flexible, instant staking/unstaking), so all your sitting positions make you earn passive income. This is one of the rare, if not the only service to do that. Thanks for that guys.

Despite dozens of hours spent configuring everything properly (webhooks, JSON messages, API keys, exchange connection, etc.), the bot simply does nothing. The output log remains completely empty, even after verified signals are sent from TradingView with valid JSON and correct webhook URL. I reached out to support multiple times. Their responses are evasive and copy-pasted. They never directly answered the two most important questions: Is my webhook key actually linked to my bot? Why are webhook signals being ignored despite correct setup? Worse, they now say "we’ll get back to you tomorrow" — every single day — and then go silent. I’m not sure if I’ve been ignored, ghosted, or outright blocked, but at this point it’s clear: this product does not work as advertised. Over $900 wasted with no results, no resolution, and no transparency. Avoid CryptoHopper if you value your time and money. You're better off manually trading than trusting a bot that does literally nothing — and support that hides from responsibility.

I got tempted, usually very careful but not this time I got sucked in and clicked the button on FB and filled in my name, email and telephone nr. Within 2mins someone phoned and claimed he was from Cryptohopper and guided me through the process of making an account and making my first investment of 200 dollars. This was the minimum and I was unsure how things worked. I was told to choose IDEAL for payment. He also guided me to download Atomic Wallet. To cut a long story short, on the REAL Cryptohopper's website, there is a BANNER that says's"Cryptohopper will never call you - if someone does, it's a scam" I got in touch with the real company and they were very supportive and helped return the credits to me. I can't thank them enough. Big lesson for me! For this I will gladly give them a 5*

I was the victim of a fraud attempt. The fraudster's first step was to get me to open an account on Cryptohopper and transfer money there. Then I was instructed by the fraudster to transfer the money to Atomicwallet. But thanks to Cryptohopper's help, I managed to get my money back.

I'm not too familiar with AI, and the bot set up etc. so the customer support has been a great help. Wish they could do phone customer support or remote access but other than that great.

I used Cryptohopper for 6 months and even bought one of their strategies wolf of crypto.. Neither the platform nor the strategy produced any profits.. The whole platform is a scam.. Brought my capital down to 50%..Just half... No growth at all... Only losses... Painful... They'll write saying you didn't apply the correct settings.. Wrong.. I experimented with every combination available.. Still loss.. They promote loss making vendors for strategies and signals

All possitive reviews probably are fake! This is scam app! I bought subscribtion service such as templates and they are not active, support asked me to send screenshot, but an app is broken and didn't let to send screenshots. Usage is super complicates - I don't recommend it to anyone, please stay away of this app

Been an affiliate since 2018. Platform shows $102.85 in total payments, but $52.04 is inaccessible despite being marked 'paid'. After 7 weeks of support: - Company admits 'paid' can mean internal or external transfers - Cannot provide any proof of external transfer - Uses AI-generated responses to avoid questions - Claims payment was sent but can't show how or where - Head of support ignores key issues Save yourself the frustration. If you can't trust them to track simple affiliate payments or provide basic transaction evidence, how can you trust them with your trading? UPDATE: CryptoHopper responded asking why I 'waited 7 years' - the answer is simple: I never reached their $100 withdrawal threshold until December 2024, which is why I contacted them immediately. I couldn't 'report an issue' with money I wasn't yet eligible to withdraw! Their own platform shows all other payments marked as 'balance' while this one shows 'other'. If they actually sent this payment, they should be able to provide basic details like payment method and destination - yet they cannot. Their response reinforces my concern that they're holding earned commissions hostage with no proof of payment beyond 'trust us'.

I lost my password and there was trouble with the verification code but I contacted customer service and they fixed it in 10 min I was able to create my new password they really helped me and are polite thanks again for your help I really appreciate it

If it looks too good to be true... I have multiple issues with cryptohopper. I have tried a few different bots. They all work fine in a bull market, but every one of them keeps buying in a bear market too. I’m not a beginner, but I can’t call myself a pro either. I tweaked everything I possibly could, it would work for a few days, then ended up with the same large number of trades gone wrong. I decided to use autoshort, only with the last bot it started sort of working, but not for every position. I had to manually short the positions, which then worked out. The only problem is that my balance less than before, so no saving actually occurs. The fees however get deducted immediately from my balance, so at this point I’m over 1000 USDT out, partially due to profit on shorts not being added to my balance. I have contacted the customer service immediately as soon as spotted the issue. A ticket was opened and remains open. The “help” I got from customer service was mainly telling me to go through basic settings. I did so, but pointed out the issue lies elsewhere. If you “save” on a short, in other words the prices go down, profit should be added to your balance instead of it going lower and lower. This has been going on for weeks now, no actual resolution. I kept going back to them on the same issue, but I just keep getting the same basic checks to go through in settings, which obviously won't help. In the meantime I had other issues, one of them being the USDT amount allocated per position. My bot stopped trading out of nowhere, when I queried it, I was told to change this amount and was sent a screenshot to prove my settings are wrong. Only their screenshot said that 5 % of 1700 is 2.5 USDT, which is obviously mathematical nonsense, while my screen was showing the correct amounts. After an hour “trying” to resolve this the bot started working anyhow, their response to that was implying that it’s working now so it’s no longer an issue. Also, just last night I contacted them about another issue regarding trailing stop loss does not activate on shorts – hadn’t had an opportunity to test same on buy positions as they are all in loss. No help as customer service was closed. The overall experience of the platform is nowhere near acceptable, the positions take ages to refresh after selling, most often I have to try cancel them only to see they have actually been sold, even then they stay on the screen as open orders for a while. I gave it one last try to get help, I'm getting nowhere, so here goes the review I've projected. I want my shorts added to my balance with immediate effect. Needless to say, I as soon as I get my USDT out of the current positions I'll be closing the account and I'll be looking for a refund. If it doesn't happen, I'll be seeking advice and pursue criminal investigation.

I don't know why I don't see a lot of reviews for Cryptohopper. For me who likes to tinker with settings a lot, I find it a great platform for trading as long as you know what you're doing. It has given me a lot of flexibility on trading thanks to its bots and their customizability.

I haven't utilized my account for more than one day so I can't rate the platform's performance, but I CAN rate their customer service. Customer Service is HORRIBLE! I purchased a combo deal (template and strategy) in which the individual components were highly rated. I didn't have a reason to look at the individual component pages, or so I thought. The page for the combo deal did not indicate that a Hero subscription was required. That's only stated on the individual component pages. The combo deal is non-refundable. The individual components are refundable if you spend more money to purchase each individually. I am now out $70. I reached out to Cryptohopper and was simply told, "Sorry about that." when I pointed out that the combo deal page doesn't state a Hero subscription is required and they refuse to refund me. UPDATE: I disputed the charge with PayPal and provided screenshots of the combo package page and the pages for the individual packages in the bundle. PayPal agreed with me and issued a refund. CryptoHopper has NOT, as of 11/29/2024, updated the combo package page to reflect the package requirements.

Yesterday i deposited an amount of 200usd. The Admin told me i will get 4300usd out of it. She said first i have to pay the 20% comission. I agreed to first pay the 10% and later the rest of which i did Today. I paid with my Revolut. She later reffered me to a Mister Adrians whatsapp number. He told me to make an Account from Trustwallet. Of which i did. He Transfered the profit. Only to find out that instead of 4300usd It was only0.0000004300usdt. Very Very Dissapointed

Customer service was very helpful and quick on refund when I purchased the wrong bot. They are knowledgeable as well in terms of technical details. I am satisfied so far.

I tried to set up a copybot on this system connecting to kraken. The instructions were "vague" at best, the bot I wanted to use was a copy bot but there are no copy bot that use GBP as a base currency, only USD which was the first problem. I then set up a normal (non-copy) bot. Incidentally when doing this I realised that the instructions for creating the API connect for Kraken did not actually align to the kraken s/w pages (perhaps an updated UI at the kraken end), also, for API's it is kraken pro NOT kraken. When all this was connected and I had added some funds into cryptohopper, I started and absolutely nothing happened. This then flags the fact that there are no clear instructions (well no instructions at all actually) to help a complete novice set up and run any kind of copybot / vanilla trading activities. I will try other platforms and I hope that the systems are easier to use. I was really looking forward to trying this out but the whole experience has been extremely disappointing and I am not even sure if I will get my money returned either. I feel completely robbed by the whole thing.

I made great experiences with the technical and general customer support. They are quick and customer oriented, even when it came to a refund for something which was out of their control, since it was about an item by a user in the marketplace.

Op zich kan je voor deze bot signalen kopen. De ellende begint als je de signalen wil gaan verlengen en je hebt de eerste signalen met ideal gekocht. Op dat moment is automtisch verlengen niet mogelijk (dit wordt alleen niet gemeld op het moment dat je met ideal betaald) Vervolgens vraag je of het mogelijk is om mijn creditcard te koppelen zodat de signalen automatisch vernieuwd kunnen worden. Ook hiermee willen ze niet samenwerken. Hierna doe ik het voorstel om de signaller te verwijderen en dan direct een nieuwe te kopen met abonnement betaald met mijn creditcard. Ook dat is niet mogelijk. Nu al verlengen en betalen is ook niet mogelijk. Het enige wat volgen CH mogelijk is om het abonnement te laten verlopen. In mijn geval aanstaande zondag om 08.39 uur en hierna verlengen. Dit betekent dat je alleen met Cryptohopper kan handelen als je altijd online bent. Anders loop je het risico dat de belangrijkste signalen niet meer werken waardoor de bot waardeloos is. De situatie is nog erger geworden. Om de signaller te verlengen kreeg ik het advies van CH om het gekochte te verwijderen en opnieuw te kopen. Hierdoor was ik mijn strategie ook kwijt. Ik denk dat CH dit advies gaf om weer wat extra omzet te scoren. Anders was het een volledig incompetente adviseur. Behalve dat dit me onnodig geld kostte, moest ik de opnieuw gekochte strategie opnieuw optimaliseren. In mijn geval shitcoins uitsluiten. Helaas had ik vorige keer geen back-up gemaakt waardoor het mij weer een paar uur extra. Advies aan iedereen die iets bij CH koopt. Maak direct een back-up. Echt schandalig. Andere keren dat ik een vraag had werd ik overigen wel netjes geholpen. Pas echter op en voer niet direct uit van de customer service van CH aanraadt. Voor je het weet ben je extratijd kwijt en een zondagmiddag.

Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen. Mir wurde bei Problemen mit der Konfiguration eines Paperbots geholfen und eine geänderte Rechnung mit USt-ID habe ich auch problemlos bekommen. Wirklich top!

I joined cryptohopper as a novice and started to make profits after 2 weeks of tweaking bot. The customer service is amazing and I hope I can continue to profit. The more position and higher % priofit taking seems to work. It is crypto afterall.

I’ve been using them for about 3 years now; hoping they would iron out the issues that I’ve had with them periodically. Today, something broke on their side (seems release related) with the restrictions I had configured, and they spent 100% of my funds on a single coin. This break happened when bitcoin was at its peak, so I quickly lost 10% of my total investment because of their issue. I reached out to support, and they told me they couldn’t help me or offer any form of compensation for their mistake. Nothing for losing me thousands of dollars in hours. Not even free service. They sent me to email support 6 hours ago, and I have not heard back. I’m in a terrible spot right now because of their mistake, and they don’t care. Beware.

I had a very bad experience With Cryptohopper. I just invested some money in different automatic bots and wanted to check which one performs better over time. After only a week on the service, I have lost a huge amount of money. Not due to bad trades. This can happen. But because of the enormous amount of fees. With an investment of about 4K after the week I had fees of about 800 bucks maybe because of the amount of small trades. But how much do you want me to invest to get better results? I think if this can happen, one should be warned instead of losing 20% of the investment (not 20% of the gains!!!) I cancelled at once

Working for years, time proves worth. Any bot can be madez but Cryptohopper provides it all and all fair.

Terrible customer service, chat support is terrible my current profit displayed is completely incorrect has a mind of its own, it fluctuates every hour by thousands for no reason, chat bluff you with all sorts of excuses and lies, it then has to go development team to await response 4 days. The only thing they are good at is charging hefty subs fees

Finger weg, rund 75 % Verlust eingefahren. Man kann Signale und Startegien für eine monatliche Rate dazu kaufen allerdings sind die meisten Bewertungen aus 2021 und meist schlecht. Hier wird nichts mehr aktualisiert und die Startegien funktionieren nicht.

Nicht zu gebrauchen. Alle Daten werden geschönt, damit man das Gefühl hat ordentliche Profite zu machen. Die einfachsten Anzeigen funktionieren nicht. Es werden mehrere gleiche Coins gekauft obwohl das nicht eingestellt ist. Gestern ein Papertrading Bot erstellt mit 1000€ drauf. Heute sind es 30% plus obwohl er nur 5 Trades mit max 2% gemacht hat. Wo die 300€ herkommen keine Ahnung. Trotzdem meckert der Bot jetzt, dass er kein Geld mehr fürs Trades habe? Ich habe gedoch angeblich erst 30% gemacht, wie kann das Geld nicht reichen? Total undurchsichtig das ganze. Dann 30€zu zahlen um es auszuprobieren kann man sich gleich sparen.

Very disappointed with Cryptohopper. I was an account holder since March 2020. I initially liked their service, but my monthly fees for their Explorer Hopper subscription easily overgrew the monthly gains from their bot trades, so I let my subscriptions expire on January 31, 2022 and proceeded to cancelling my account. Despite having my account cancelled, they are still charging my PayPal $19 monthly! I reached out to their Help Desk online, and they insisted they can only refund transactions up to 14 days old. Reached out to PayPal instead to help me, as their Help Desk agents were much more helpful.

Het begon allemaal leuk en aardig. Tot ik templates wou downloaden en te kijken. Nu staat er dat ze ''gratis'' zijn, maar zodra je ze download en wil gebruiken moet je er voor betalen. Neem je contact op met de klantenservice bot en laat je alle screenshots zien en die zegt gewoon doodlullig, zonder video geloof ik je niet. Echt een dramtische klantenservice bot, erg onbeschoft ook. Ook de uitleg op de sites en video's zijn erg minimaal en slecht geschreven Edit: na nogmaals gesproken te hebben met de klantenservice heb ik mijn score aangepast van 1/5 naar 3/5. Na veel heen en weer sturen ging het blijkbaar om een onbekende bug

Very dissapointed with Cryptohopper transferred .01 btc to my trading account it took me a few days to transfer. Once I transferred I was told that I had to transfer .05 thats over 20000 usd. This was never discussed that it had to be done within a certain time line. I have another bot and have not dealt with anything like this.

Vraiment pas pour les débutants, ni pour les petites bourses! Leur plus petit abonnement commence à 40$ par mois! À ça, il faut ajouter les modèles, les stratégies, les signaux, etc... Leur abonnement "FREE" ne fait absolument rien. Il ne fait que se connecter sur notre wallet, pour en indiquer le solde. Ils offrent la possibilité de faire des transactions "manuelles". Rendu là, aussi bien aller directement sur mon wallet! J'ai perdu des heures à chercher pourquoi ça ne marchait pas. Leur service à la clientèle n'est pas ouvert souvent et aux heures des Pays-Bas. Ils ont une tonne de vidéos qui ne sont même pas à jour. Bref: Minimum 500$ par année, pour un rendement "possible" de 5% à 12%. Juste le "staking" est déjà plus payant! Edit: $29USD = 40$CAD. Mais, vous dites qu'on peut l'installer. A quoi bon installer quelque chose qui ne fait pas le travail? Par contre, votre "paper trade" est clair à ce sujet. Comme vous vous plaisez à jouer sur les mots, vous perdez ma confiance et votre crédibilité.

Helped me with a multitude of Issues very quickly. When I was on mobile the support ( Lindy ) even went logging in on mobile herself just so she can guide me through step by step. A massive 6/5 stars. I initially opened the ticket to refund because I didnt understand stuff and thought I bought something wrong. She wanted to refund me aswell ( 14 days frame for anyone wondering ) But I decided to give it a last chance and it was well worth it. Will be using the site for a long time now! You guys got +1 regular now

To use their Arbitrage bot the one must buy a subscription which I did. The subscription had an automatic renewal which I was ok with. Then it turned out their bot was not working which can happen, but the company must return money and cancel the subscription. The money were refunded, but the subscription auto payment was NOT cancelled. There is NO option to cancel on the Account! The customer support can NOT cancel either! Never heard about anything like that before. Be aware! UPDATE FROM OCT.12 The company has replied to my initial review by saying "We have canceled the recurring payment". My Account page on their website however suggests otherwise- it has not even one, but 2 identical subscriptions which marked as "Autorenewal is on." So the issue is still not resolved.

Nou , met alle respect maar ik kan mij niet voorstellen dat newbees deze app zo ervaren. Onoverzichtelijk, veel te veel opties, veel teveel termen die mij niks zeggen. Ik ben meteen weer afgehaakt. Ik heb geen zin om bij stap 1 een klantenservice te gaan mailen. Mijn ervaring is dat je dan bij stap 23 nog niet klaar bent. Kunnen jullie van alles van vinden , komt er op neer dat een potentiële klant is afgehaakt om deze redenen. (En dus mogelijk meer)

Although it clearly says in settings under subscriptions "Autorenewal is off." they charged the card again and renewed the subscription without any warning or approval from user side. Bugs are still a constant, new ones appear almost daily, statistics inside the platform are a pure joke and mostly random numbers, most probably the development is outsourced and with that things can only get worse and worse over time. The reply from Cryptohopper in the last review here is a joke also. They said they replied to my mail, but that reply was mostly "we don't know anything and we will not try to amend or fix anything". With subscription scamming on top of all, this whole platform should be legal investigation material, and not something to use.

Excellent customer service. I had a doubt before purchasing that if in case i am not satisfied with their service then will i get a refund or not. The customer service agent ensured me that i can get a refund to my original source of payment within 14 days of charge, in case i am not satisfied with the cryptohopper experience.

I told them about bot not selling when price reached and they replied they will do nothing to fix the problem or do anything about it Basically told me I need to do it manually when I am paying for a bot to do things automatically. SO you know it will miss a lot fo sells and you will lose money and dont bother deal with cs it will just be a pain in the butt.

Der CH ist soweit ganz ok und macht meist seinen Job. Nur in Letzter Zeit häufen sich die Probleme. Falsch ausgeführte DCA´s. Falsch angezeigt Werte. Falsche, mehrere Posten an Coins, obwohl eingestellt das nur eine Münze. Wohl durch fehlerhaften DCA der anstatt auf den einen Posten anlegt, macht der 2 weitere Posten auf. Zusammenführen fehlerhaft, da die Kaufwerte falsch sind. Nach einer aktiviereung der buy und sell knöpfe zeigt er dies auch an, sind aber im Hintergrund immer noch auf "aus". Ausloggen, wieder einloggen stehen die dann auf aus, obwohl man diese aktiviert hat. Support zu den ganzen Problemen zwar schnell und nett, aber absolut NICHT zielführend bzw am Problem vorbei. Was hat der Wallet Scrubber damit zu tun, ob die buy und sell Knöpfe falsch angezeigt werden. Was hat der Wallet Scrubber damit zu tun das der DCA falsche Werte Anzeigt und mehrere Posten aufmacht. Eben, NICHTS. Für den Support liegt der Fehler beim Wallet Scrubber. Kein entgegenkommen von Fehlern und Entschuldigung. Schade, sont macht der Bot seinen Dienst

Ben ruim 1,5 uur aan het chatten geweest. Ik ga er toch vanuit dat als er een error in cryptohopper vermeld staat, dat inhoudelijk bij de helpdesk bekend moet zijn wat er aan de hand is.

Support was prompt and solved my issue immediately. Cryptohopper is my choice for Hoppers. As complicated as the whole trading, signals + adding bots and money are.....I have to say the directions and the online assistants have made the process work for me. Nice Job.

Ik dacht cryptoflopper even 7 dagen te kunnen proberen zoals geadverteerd op de website, met als doel verschillende strategieen te proberen, demogelijkheden van dit platform te onderzoeken en evt. een klant te worden. ECHTER... na 1.5 dag werd mijn bot abrupt verwijderd zonder enige waarschuwing terwijl ik nog 19 posities open had staan. Ik ben er wel achter gekomen dat het backtesten van je strategie op dit platform net even wat rooskleuriger is dan de werkelijkheid. Hoe? Geen id... ik heb dit niet kunnen onderzoeken omdat de bot performances met de gekozen strategie niet meer in te zien zijn voor mij (geen idee of het uberhaupt kan hier). ik heb gelukkig de verliezen kunnen beperken tot rond de 15 eur (want ook dit kan ik niet meer terugvinden op het platform) en heb nu maar manueel op de exchange 19 sell orders geplaatst op de nog openstaande posities. Ik ga maar even verder shoppen.

Problem solved, good attention.

Staff answer questions quickly and offer help to get the most off the platform. CH itself is great for automated trading and offers a wide range of training material (more everyday). Still very hard to master and the learning curve can be expensive, luckily there is a market place where you can buy signals and strategies to help you make an early profit.

Bug on platform lost money, they don't care, support pretty much unresponsive. Core functionality failed, it "forgot" the trade it made and couldn't access anymore the position to handle it. When core functionality fails, all alarms should go on. Not for Cryptohopper. Everybody else be alarmed about it before thinking about using the platform. Additionally, beside this huge bug, the platform is unstable and I had craches, loads parts of the platform horrifically slow, data shown is wrong e.g. 3 graphs on 3 different parts of the platform that should show the same data all show it differently, and in the end neither of the 3 shows correct data. Even login doesn't work correctly, most of the times a login without an error will return you again to the login screen and you need to login twice. And many more problems. All combined looks like dilettantism. A platform that is really slow and has trading bugs is completely unsuitable for market trading, which requires precision and speed. Crypto market is risky by itself, but with this platform that doesn't do its job correctly and its support doesn't care, the danger is exponentiated. If you manage to make money on market, you can lose it on their bugs. On the paper, features look and sound great, but in the end you'll be really sorry if you don't avoid it.

I'm still in a paper-trading try-out-phase with cryptohopper but I like it very much. I had several questions to the support and they answer it in a minute or less. The options for the hopper are great. You can use own strategies or configured one from other people.

The staff were very responsive in answering all my questions. They provided all the needed guidance to help me launch my two BOTS without too much headache. Keep up the good work.

Really bad and worst customer service they dont do anything and just find excuses. Needed to send evidence and lose money so they stop giving excuses and try to blame me for their incompetence. Literally been 3 cases where the orders did not sale even if the desired price was reached nothing not even an error signal or anything. Also buy signal came in and it did not buy and i needed to do all this manually and they told me that it takes time for the bot like a minute and what they dont understand is a minute is a lot for a buy for trading they want me to wait and risk the bot maybe its gonna act on the signal or maybe not mean while the price is going up I told them and they just give you excuses and excuses and it my fault even if i show them the evidence. Dont waste your money and time because they will not fix their bugs and issues and just give excuses and the best excuse, and quote i have the pictures- however 9 out of 10 we have positive reviews so thats enough for them to not fix anything. The bot does not buy most of the time because it says insufficient fund even though you have them so instead of fixing that they tell you to buy cheaper instead of fixing it and says that everybot is the same. Sell and buy order that last for ever to complete i have pictores of a sell order htat stayed there for 12 hours needt to close manually this happened at least 3 times. You know guys this people will reply on this saying excuses but dont believe them dont waste your money and time dealing with this people they dont care because it been almost a month and they have done nothing about it just giving excuses and explanations on stuff that does not make any sense. You'll will see they replied saying they sent me messages and i havent replied, is a waste of time they will respond to the tickets with more excuses or saying is not their fault even though i give them prove on how their bot is the not making the sell for 5 minutes me losing money over 3% even if the coin reached the price. Thats why I do not reply anymore is just going in circle arguing instead of making your devs fix the issue. Dont waste your time and money new update they screw my account I cant login anymore because for some reason i need to give authorization to the same computer ive been using with the same ip address and it doesnt work and then suddenly the 2FA magically was turned on when i never ever touched it and i cant log in it has been almost 48 hours and nothing just people not knowing what to do on support repeating the same sing the last guys said and just being dumb. Almost the month and they still have not fix the issue I have to manually sell most of my traded through binance because it does not sell a lot of time and I have evidence of at least 10 trades that did not sell after reaching and surpassing the price and they tried to blame binance and blame me and telling me to do this and that and excuses even though i did what they told me to do it keep doing the same and even told them i do limit sell in binance and it always sell and they tried to blame binance like it was it fault for a full month and told them everytime in support yes they anwer quickly but they dont help they dont do anything and i have evidence here and the conversation dont do it guys you will see everything is fine in paper trading but once you start losing money in real life and tell them about it them you'll see how they just don't do anything give out excuses and is never their fault. Dont go with them its not worth it and someting else i been noticing with them is their hopper takes a long time to do a sell or a buy so youre better of doing it manually on your exchange cause the bot will buy it or sell it so late youll lose money unles youre lucky enough that the price moves on your favour and the only thing they will tell you is your wining are more than your loses so that makes a good company that works even though the reason there are wins on my side its because i know what im doing and i take action. If you look for an automated bot dont go with cryptohopper it will fail a lot and if you are new most of the time you will not know what is happening. Update after telling them about the bot not selling they told me that it will no sell sometimes and recommend me to sell it manually a bot that youre paying to do everything automatically now I have to make the sell manually, the problme here is that if you make the sell in binance it takes a lot of time for the bot to synchronize and you will have no money shown on the bot for a while and if there are buy signals you will lose the chance because the bot can not sell most of the times because the bot checks every 4-5 seconds so here you have if your price reaches the target your bot will sell whenever it wants not whenever the user wants. basically a waste of time and again excuses instead of fixing this problem they just tell you it will not work and that it.

Had an issue connecting to my exchange but Tech support was very quick to respond in the chat system they have in place and I was able to connect within 20 minutes or so.

i loose my bots and configuration

I signed for cryptohopper on January 16th 2023 and it is easy to set it up and build a strategy so the robot can start the trading, now I am making some profits. To be successful trader in the long term you need to backtest a strategy frequently as the market conditions change.

The support team are very knowledgeable on any problem that arose for me. I am not very computer savy so they were bombarded with many issues all of which they resolved for me. Highly recommend.

All the support personnel at Cryptohopper are knowledgeable and patient. I have yet to come across a problem or question they could not address. Highly recommanded.

Easy to follow instruction if you are reading their instruction. Very generous on discount every purchases.

first, the facts; This is SaaS (software as a service). you have to create your own strategy. most stock traders don't make enough to live off of (i'm not sure about the crypto numbers). opinion; their software is head and shoulders above the competition. they've made a choice to build all indicators using minutes. that makes the bot faster to react. that can be good or bad. it's good if you're basing your buys/sells off of the price low or high. it is bad if you want to buy/sell based off of the close. their customer service is helpful, but they have not been able to explain some errors i've seen. three examples are; the Bollinger Bands have the top and bottom bands reversed, so in order to sell using the top band you have to put that info into the bottom band and to buy using the bottom band you have to put that info into the top band; and both the Aroon Oscillator and Elder Ray sell when the price is rising and falling. Selling the price falls is nice, but they shouldn't sell when the price is rising. the service overall is the best that exist. i think the company is about five years old, so they're doing enough good to have lasted this long as 99% of companies don't last 10 years. if they can correct the little bugs (which when the coders find - they seem to fix) they'll be perfect. This review is about setting up a bot to trade automatically using my own setup. This isn't about using the copy features as that would not be a fair review. That review would be about the third parties whose formula i'm copying. edit: I'm completely sold on the idea of building all indicator candles using minutes. The markets change in real time, so why shouldn't the bot?!

It's possible to become profitable with Cryptohopper. But it's not easy and it's certainly not a miracle cure or a fast lane to become rich. It takes considerable time and effort to design and backtest a succesful strategy. Think 100-200 hours. Once you have your strategy working for you the profit will roll in, if you stay away from interfering by manually selling etc. The best part of Cryptohopper is that you can use your time on better things that staring on charts and then missing a trade because you were sleeping. And I've had lots of great and responsive support from the crew. So why not 5 stars? Because that would be too easy. I need some features that I hope will be implemented at some stage.

Didn't quite have the customization settings needed to successfully/effectively implement my trading strategy as needed, and the results of only being able to get the settings close (instead of exact) were catastrophic. I have been unable to lose money using my trading method manually, but no matter how close I can get using cryptohoppers supplied settings it still wasn't right. I am now in the development of my own bot. grateful for the experience.

It's riddled with bugs, many of which that could be resolved very easily. The backtesting doesn't work well at all, and the auto-trading is inaccurate. It seems like the focus is more about selling their subscriptions and marketplace items, and not offering an exceptional trading product. In addition, when I canceled all my subscriptions, they continued to charge me event all subscriptions were clearly canceled. Maybe the service will improve in the future, but it needs a lot of work first.

Cryptohopper is easy to use and has various trusted Exchanges that users can link to including an excellent support team that can respond in prompt time frame with solutions for users issues if any arise. I've only just started using Cryptohopper in the last 2-3 weeks and results so far are average only because of starting at a small investment. They also have 2FA authentication option to maintain security. Overall great app to use and recommend other to try.

Good product in general, but bad customer service that finds excuses rather than solutions. Moreover: today I was invited for a MS-Teams call to tell CH about my experience. Took time off from work but none from CH staff appeared in call. Very bad and frustrating experience! So, looking forward to your next excuse now....

i am using cryptohopper for many months now. very different approach to bots compared to 3commas. Man! you will love it when you know how to use and find a good signaler. All (selling and buying) will be done automatically for you if you find good signaler. i am using both the 3commas and the cryptohopper. both have their own powers.

There is a lot of risk in using signal based automated trading. Back testing is no guarantee. I found that crypto hopper is a beautiful proof of concept but should be used academically. Their customer service though is perfect.

I asked for a refund the same day I signed up. Did I get a refund you ask? No. Instead they charged me two more times on the same day. They've now charged me 3 times!! I've opened multiple support tickets and provided all the information they asked for. Now they are saying I haven't provided enough information for a refund. Terrible customer service, terrible experience!! EDIT 9/7/22: Just received a notice that they have RENEWED my subscription!! Look at the other negative reviews, overcharging and then refusing to refund is their common scam.

This product is generally solid. I've had a few issues with it along the lines of not being able to save information, (like API keys), etc. These have recurred a couple of times which is why I have to leave off a star. However, their customer service, (via chat), has always been quickly available and good. They've solved my issues a couple of times. Though it took a couple of tries to get something more permanently fixed. So I can recommend them with confidence. If my issue(s) don't return, I'll come back and up my rating. But again, the key for me here is at least their customer service is fairly responsive and they seem to know their product well.

I have a problem with selling. My hop could not sell or sold only partially. The service was very punctual but not very accurate. The suggestions were random or standard, not tailored with the actual problem I had. In practice they were standard suggestion one can find on the website for similar cases but not for mine. In conclusion, I do not even know if the problem is solved or if it will come back again. i am now following the 100th suggestions, since the previous 99 were not useful.

When you have an issue with cryptohopper, you will only receive nonsensical answers from support. It seems as if most of them have never actually used a "hopper" themselves, and they certainly don't understand what you're asking when it comes to even moderately specific questions regarding their platform. They have a discord server, which has a "suggested features" channel where users can request/suggest potential new features. In over 3 years of being in the server and using cryptohopper, I have never seen them implement even a single requested feature. The arbitrage bot they offer doesn't work, and neither does the market making bot. (Seriously, check out the dedicated channels for the arbitrage and market maker bots in their discord server. Nothing but customers asking why these features don't work, and receiving very little in response. It's a joke. Customers pay good money to access these features, and they do not work at all.) The trading bot does work (sometimes), but there is no way to short and so you're stuck trading against the market if the market is bearish. No futures trading, only SPOT. Even their trading bot is known to break or begin acting strangely approximately once a month. If this happens, don't expect them to fix it during a weekend. If the issue is so bad that it forces your hopper to dump all your money into bad positions and you lose a ton of money? Too bad, CH doesn't care. That's what you get for being a customer of CH. A company that only sees you as income, and provides a glitchy/incomplete product. Cryptohopper offers backtesting. They're very proud of it and include that fact in some of the advertising. It's a great feature, or it would be, if it worked. It seems like it works, although you'll notice that any strategy you build on their platform does not perform as it should. You can build a strategy, but when compared against the same strategy on tradingview, you'll see that cryptohopper doesn't buy or sell when it is supposed to. Even better, if you backtest the same strategy multiple times on cryptohopper, you'll frequently get different results! Yes. Different results with the exact same strategy and settings each time you backtest! Amazing! (It doesn't happen every time you backtest, to be fair. But it does show different results when running the same test quite often.) They also do updates/maintenance on Thursdays and Fridays, so when something inevitably is broken (because they do not test any changes before hand), you won't see the issue fixed until the next week begins. They have an AI function for trading bots if you use Hero (the most expensive) subscription. But it's not a real AI, and nobody knows how it works. CH provides next to 0 information into what it does and how it calculates scores/weights. It's a black box that you throw money at, and hope. When you have an issue that their support can't help with (which is 99.9% of the time, because they're awful), they ask you to submit a support ticket. Why? Because then you will stop posting publicly about your problem. When you submit a support ticket, you will most likely receive a response stating "we have forwarded this to our devs, I'll update you when I hear back from them". You will never hear back, and they will close your support ticket automatically in 5 days without fixing your problem, saying "This ticket has been closed due to inactivity." Inactivity? I was waiting for the update! Essentially, they close the tickets due to the Devs inactivity and unwillingness to address the problem. This doesn't make the problem go away, and doesn't fix anything. The simple truth is that CH WILL NEVER ADDRESS YOUR ISSUE, and just hopes you go away. If you ask for a refund, which they state they will provide if requested within 15 days of purchase, you will not get one. If you buy a marketplace product (they say they're refundable within 30 minutes of purchase) and request a refund within that window, they still won't provide one. There are a lot of 5 star reviews here for CH, but if you look at them, you'll notice they don't have much substance. Does that seem suspicious? It should, since most customers have a rather negative experience with the CH platform, and most certainly are not happy with the results. I wish CH was a good platform. I wish their platform did what they say it does, but it doesn't. Most of the features on the platform are broken in some way. If you want proof, I recommend going to their discord server and looking around. Check out the arbitrage and market maker channels. Check all the channels and notice how long it takes for support to respond to a request for help. Then, save your money or take it elsewhere.

Unfortunately I found the support unknowledgeable about the product. The indicator options are limited overall and they become further limited unless you take the hero package. There are much better options on the market (,,,) that dont limit the number of indicators or bots and come in much cheaper. Keep trading and winning

I have been struggling to master this Cryptohopper, and while I personally haven't made a profit, it's not due to Crypotohopper, I'm sure of that. It's due to my own knowledge and willingness to learn with patients, instead, I use trial and error, and that's not the way to do it. Reaching out to Cryptohopper directly via chat and asking for the recommended user settings will get more responses rather than being accusatory or asking questions that place direct pressure on liability upon Cryptohopper. I think the future is looking brighter for me now that I know what my issue is and by being honest about it. Thanks for your customer service Cryptohopper and happy hopping!

I had a lot of issues setting the bot up, and the bot didn't work as it should. Selling at the set parameters, sync with portfolio etc. After deleting the bot and setting it up a couple of times, it now seems to work. It's easy to get in touch with customer service, but they cannot fix technical issues - but it's nice you always can get in touch withsome one. For now I rate it 3 stars for all the hazzle getting it to work. Will update. UPDATE: After updating to hero everything runs as it shall - I’m really pleased with the platform so far after it started working as it shall

I agree with Pepek, buggy still after many years of operation many things have not been fixed, the RSI crossover indicator for example does not work on the OUT setting for me (update: after testing it seems like no sell indicators trigger a sell signal when there is a conflicting buy signal, at least when paper trading, it is acting like the description of the "hold when new target is the same" option but it's not on). Customer support is slow to actually resolve anything and most of the time the rep doesn't really understand the issue. I once calculated a 400% loss during paper trading using the numbers from the trade history but my account showed me up by 5%.

I got different information across 2 customer service colleagues on how to configure webhooks and the instructions I received ("check our documentation") didn't help much with a specific feature I was looking for.

ik merk steeds vaker dat je fouten krijgt, zo krijg ik vaak een melding dat ik voor minimaal 5,- moet kopen, terwijl de instelling op 20,- staat.. of als ik dca (dollar cost average) aan heb, en 5,- van een coin heb koopt hij makkelijk voor 80,- dat hoort 10/15,- te zijn laatst was ik druk in belangrijke trades, en toen gooide hij spontaan de codes van mijn trade platform er uit, waardoor ik veel geld heb verloren, als mijn periode voorbij is ga ik naar een andere trader zoeken.

i don't know if it's any good, i only started a trial to see if it was any good, and i spent 2 days of the trial just trying to get the API to work, and all i have had is error after error message. for the love of god it's the api key that my exchange provided.. it comes across as so convouted and complicated, granted i may not be a wizz on a PC but come on it's not that user friendly

Aboslutely USELESS!!! Did Subscription for a Year Adventurer which I regret to the deepest. Now the reasons: 1. Added Credits to buy a Hopper from Marked. Crypto Hopper used it to make a Hero Subscription without even wanting it. Claimed a refund 14 days ago!!! NOTHING came back. 2. Certain Configurations couldnt suddenly be saved anymore. Buggy like hell 3. Often no reaction to signals Therefore that CH is very buggy like config pools suddenly couldnt be saved anymore, Credits are used for Subscriptions etc. it is very expensive and I am about to write it all down in Trusted Reviews. In the mean time I was trying out 3Commas and its way cheaper allow infinite Hoppers with the mid level description and it works. Very disappointing I would acutally like a whole refund since I am paying for a Year Adventurer for nothing!!! Then The Refund for the wrongly applied Hero IS IT EVER COMMING????? I would go to 3 Commas, works well and is cheaper!!! And no I am not working for 3 Commas I am just a very frustrated User of Cryptohopper that feels completely take advantage of!

Works like S*H*I*T. I had 2 critical Errors in 2 Weeks. The Bot invested 100% of my Money in one trade. and DCA sometimes makes what it want. Dont trust the Cryptohopper anymore - its a piece of software S*H*I*T, where you go to lose all your money.

They keep on charging subscriptions even after you Cancel them ( 2 months in a row for 2 subscriptions). They do so even AFTER I deleted my account. Never had a refund. You need to click/edit many settings + send an email to request deletion of your account. They simply offer signals and automated trading, so, stay away and use different provider.

I am proceeding with a lawsuit against this company because I have used their services unsatisfactorily. I have requested a refund and the company has promised to return my money but has not returned anything for months. Anyone who invests in this company should know that they do not offer any kind of help to use their own tools and that the existing documentation is useless. I paid the most expensive subscription and I regret it because of the poor quality of customer service and that my profit with this company was negative.

Unable to link my exchange. Despite reading and watching tutorials and speaking to a very unhelpful women called Rowena, who just kept saying follow the instructions it’s simple over and over again, which I couldn’t understand the first time she told me never mind the 6th or 7th. So I asked them to delete my account. Same thing again from Rowena follows these instructions press this do that get this link or whatever. It means absolutely nothing to me so tried explaining this yet again to the delightful Rowena. At which point she’s cut me off saying she has other customers to deal with. Very unprofessional indeed for a simple request. So I opened a ticket to explain everything and they just replied with the same set of instructions I couldn’t follow in the first place. I’ve used other bots and although they were useless, at least I was able to set others up simply. I can’t comment on the use of cryptohopper as I didn’t get far enough to try anything out. Although if it’s that tough for me to even get going I would have absolutely no hope of figuring out how to use it properly. I just want them to delete my account and to put it simply they won’t.

I submitted a request for 2 new hoppers, but there was an issue with the transfer of funds from Paypal. I contacted CH and Sarema in Tech Support helped me through this by checking their end and even though what appeared that the funds weren't transferred, Sarema created the hoppers for me. then went about following up the funds from PP. Cannot commend her enough. Thanks to her and CH.

I didn't receive the service you which explain on your website. I try to connect to your support for help by email and nobody answer me yet. This email was one day after I made the payment in PayPal. You sell something that doesn`t work and you don`t have support the client and wait 2 weeks to get the money. The support team at Cyrptohopper is exemplary! Every single time I asked for help I was reached out to within 5 minutes. Along with technical help, they also assisted me in better understanding how there system works. One of the assistants, Crotchell was especially kind in in answering all of my dumb questions and not getting irritated with me lol.

I really like this bot and I've tried them all. Once you get your head around templates, strategies and signals it blows the rest out of the water. The interface is excellent and it allows trading across all your exchanges with the push of a button. So far I've had pretty good results and the customer service is excellent. I asked for help in their chat function twice now in 2 days whilst getting going and you get a live person (Rodrigo) within minutes who knows the product inside out and can help get you set up. Would highly recommend.

This product is hugely helpful in terms of my goals to "set it and forget it" for some aspects of trading, but also letting me manually adjust the things I'd like. I'm still learning the product. There are some aspects of implementing Strategies and Templates I don't feel perfectly clear on as yet. And there's some aspects of a couple of information displays I think could use improvement. But in general, the product does what it says it will. The only challenges I've had were mostly on the API side with one of my exchanges. It wasn't really a CryptoHopper problem, but their customer service was great in helping me get it sorted out either way.

Cryptohopper has a great product, and very reliable service and support team. There is a learning curve that can be daunting when you first begin using the platform. If you can get past the setup phase, the product works brilliantly. I’m leaving four stars because the strategies could be much better. I’d recommend Cryptohopper partner with legitimate quants and algo traders to create strategies; the current strategies in the marketplace are hit or miss. Start small and test a few strategies to see what works for you.

It's a great bot and I really like to try it every once in a while, But everything about it cost more than you will ever make using it unless you are a million dollar whale. EVERYTHING about it is paywalled if you want anything that works well... Want to trade with 15 coins? It's $19 per month for each exchange plus "subs". Want the bot to trade 50 coins? it's $49 per month for each exchange plus "subs". Want a decent trigger? you have to pay a sub for each exchange. Want a descent Strategy that works? you have to pay a sub for each exchange. want a decent algorithm? you have to pay a sub for each exchange. Basically you could spent well over 500 per month just to trade 50 coins on 2-3 different exchanges....It's also very limited to what coins are available for trading using it's bots, Mostly top 100 with a few Defi thrown in so any newer coins won't even register on the bot.... It's a great Bot for what it is but It's structured in such a costly way that it takes all your earnings unless you are a million dollar whale...There is really no way to make money using this bot unless you already have lots of money.

Trying to set up a trading bot for a layperson can be quite challenging. I LOVE that I can get in touch with a real person almost immediately. The good people at CH who staff that little chat window I visit so much probably know me by name.

Cryptohopper is an interesting and complex service. It offers a lot of power and potential. I’ve been a customer for a few months now and generally approve of their offering. Unfortunately, I’ve had a very poor experience with their customer service team. Based on this, I can’t and won’t recommend Cryptohopper to others. The product has many merits, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. UPDATE 21 hours after I posted this review: The refund was completed and the CS agent apologised for the delay on my support ticket. I am therefore updating my rating from 1 star to 2 stars. It still took far too much work to get this result but at least it finally got done. I am leaving the remainder of my review here as reference for others. The summary of my experience: Cryptohopper customer service demonstrated that they: - Can’t provide a refund within 21 days of agreeing to it - Either ask customers if a task their company are responsible for has been completed, instead of checking themselves - or they tell customers something has been done when it hasn’t been - Have a TOS that tells users to send their complaints to an invalid email address - Don’t apologise for their mistakes The full story: 29 October - I contacted CH support a few days into a monthly Adventurer subscription. I told them I wanted to cancel this recent subscription, along with an annual Explorer subscription I’d taken out earlier in the year. I would spend the refunded credit on a 12 month subscription of the Adventurer product instead. 5 November - their CS agreed, in writing, to refund the Adventurer subscription in the form of Cryptohopper credit. (The CH TOS allow refunds within 14 days of subscription, which I did not realise when I raised the request. The earlier Explorer sub I had taken out was not eligible for refund - no complaints. My concern over an expired Halloween discount code was covered professionally.) 8 November - support ticket is closed. I re-open it, saying the refund is not completed. 9 November - Cryptohopper CS reply: “Is your refund still pending? I'm sure I sent finance the refunding request. If your payment still isn't done, I will need to ping them again :)” I respond: "this is appalling customer service.I should not have to tell you if something has not been done. Please escalate this ticket.” 10 November - Cryptohopper CS reply: “It seems that there has been a miscommunication, Finance has been made aware and all pending refunds have been processed. Which is why I asked :) So I will ask you again, has your refund since been processed (since finance put through all requests I sent them)” I reply: “there was no miscommunication. You agreed to cancel an existing subscription and credit my CH credit balance with the refund amount. CH closed my support ticket. I re-opened it stating the request was not yet complete. You, or someone else at CH should be able to check if this has been done by checking my CH credit balance. If you do this check, you’ll see that the refund has not been completed yet. The delay in the refund is disappointing, but I’m far more concerned that are again asking me to check the status rather than checking it yourself / within CH customer service. This is appalling customer service. Please take efforts to ensure this refund is completed ASAP.” I raised a complaint about this service using the email address referenced on their Terms of Service webpage. That email address (legal at cryptohopper dot com) BOUNCED with the error “No Such User Here”. (If you Google “Cryptohopper Terms of Service” you’ll find that address mentioned) I joined the Cryptohopper Discord server and asked how I could raise a complaint. A member of CH staff told me to send the complaint to their customer service email address, which I did. 11 November: The same CS agent picked up the complaint. He closed my original ticket, stating the complaint was a duplicate of my existing ticket. He updated the new ticket: “Thank you for reaching out, I stand by my statement, but it seems we have a slight miscommunication in intention :) Finance has been made aware, I simply get a message from them saying "refunds processed yes no"  I absolutely want to help you out, and have pinged finance again, also asking why it is taking so long Your ticket currently has the pending status, I will be in touch once the refund is processed.” As the CS agent told me he would be in touch, I waited 10 days for a response and a refund. Neither came. 23 November: I contacted them again via the support ticket and Discord. I was told a manager was reviewing the ticket, and they asked for 24 hours to resolve. It is now 48 hours later with neither a response nor a refund. I hope this experience will be of interest to current and potential Cryptohopper customers.

Good user interface, much easier set up comparatively and really great support. Downsides: poor fiat payment method, limited crypto choices, and you're limited to only one currency to buy with.

SCAM website! I have tried their services and cancelled within 14 days according to their refund policy. After clearly confirmed the request by their CS, nothing has been done and I was charged second time on after 2 weeks! Their CS is rude and irresponsible and said said it will be up to paypal to decide. I was scammed USD 99 twice which is USD 198 total!

use cryptohopper for several years and am very satisfied with it. also bottrading requires like the normal trading a basic knowledge. who takes the time and deals with trading has joy with cryptohopper.

I don't think it's a scam, but their customer service is very rude and unhelpful, and it is easy to make mistakes on the confusing platform at the beginning. When something goes wrong, they don't address the question directly, and they certainly never apologise for anything. They just state unhelpful facts and take no responsibility for anything that's gone wrong. It is also easy to make mistakes in the setup, because the platform is a bit confusing and does not prompt you about mistakes. For example, the free Explorer trial starts automatically. So, if you subscribe to Explorer, you then have two subscriptions: the free trial and the Explorer (which you start paying for immediately, rendering the free trial useless). They have not contacted me within the promised 24 hours about this issue, and the initial chat conversation was very rude and frustrating. It is also easy to make mistakes when setting up a bot, because not all relevant information is provided on the setup page. If a trade cannot be executed, you will not be notified by email or on the dashboard. I was told that the 'notification' is buried somewhere on the platform, but I was not able to find it even with the 'help' of the customer server. I suspect that the platform is fine after you've learned to use it correctly through trial and error and have endured several upsetting conversations with customer service, but these initial mistakes can be costly, and the customer service is so bad that I'm not sure it's worth staying with them.

Cryptohopper is a scam.. They have been charging me since May 2021 for a subscription that I had cancelled. They are best buddies with the other fraud company PayPal that just cheats people left right and center. I have just informed my team of lawyers to get something ready to sue with all the mails and conversations. Cryptohopper can't be trusted one bit they scam you and cheat you.

This bot might work for certain applications, but my experience has not been very good. The bot has a serious lag to it which cause the trailing stop function to not work properly as it places the orders well after the price has dropped too far. It should be placing stop orders as soon as the trigger is reached and it doesn't place them until it has already fallen, that is not the way stops work. Especially if they are limit stops. I was hopeful it would work for manually loading orders and have the bot sell, but it doesn't. Apex Trader was much better, but they don't support BinanceUS.

They say you can get a refund, but just try to get a refund and you won't be able to get one thru their support and PayPal will just refuse it. If you want to make money, buy and hold. These guys are just taking your money and giving you a useless service which makes frequent trading mistakes.

These scammers claimed I'd lost the right to a refund after 2 days because: * I'd left the bot on (to show them the issue I was trying to get a refund for) * I'd raised a claim for a refund with PayPal instead of contacting via their support portal (but I couldn't get past the Captcha even though it showed a green tick so how am I supposed to do that?) The reason I wanted the refund is because the bot had placed orders and it had somehow forgotten they were placed, so they were sitting in the order books and the bot was totally unaware... It's clear these guys have no idea what they're doing.

Okay the customer service is a little challenging at times, but they get there in the end. I have found CH really good, it works but you have to know what you are doing, lots of testing, back testing then working with small amounts to see what works. The setup is really good and after two months, I have had slow and steady returns. Excellent, I hope to see CH evolve and become slicker and easier for newbies.

There is a steep learning curve especially if you're not familiar with cryptocurrencies. You'll want to use a template, strategy and do extensive back testing. The issue I have is that the back testing doesn't always load the days, so you have to stop and repeat the process before getting an accurate result. Not sure why this is, maybe the system is bogged down? Other issue is when backtesting you have to pause the hopper, then add the cryptocurrencies you want to test as backtesting won't let you pick the coins if they aren't already added to your setup. There should be a method to allow your hopper to keep current coins and not have to pause while when backtesting being able to try other cryptocurrencies without having to work around this issue. Please fix these issue, otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.

Unusable at this point for Binance users such as myself. The coin values are not updating properly on the site there for making trading impossible.

Gelukkig worden de buys wel conform de strategie uitgevoerd maar het klopt gewoon niet. Een reactie op mijn ticket krijg ik ook niet. Ben wel benieuwd of andere gebruikers hetzelfde probleem ondervinden. Notificatie optie staat ook aan maar ik krijg maar sporadisch een mail binnen. Kortom, het is een zeer onbetrouwbare bot geworden met een hele slechte service.

What an absolute shame. CH used to be fantastic but they have obviously grown too fast during the bull run and haven't the staff or talent to support their own product at this point. I have been a hero subscriber for over a year now and have well over a thousand tied up into strategies. CH has been experiencing continual issues for a week now affecting their users and they outright deny the existence of any problems. They have not even communicated any of the problems to all users, literally the only way to know about them is to slog through the discord which as of today they have begun censoring for any sort of "badmouthing" of their product. Their support staff will give you 10 different answers none of them right. The only people who have a clue as to what is going on are the community members who again, they are now censoring.

I have been using Cryptohopper for a while and I can confirm it does not work. It is full of technical bugs which makes the application not only useless but dangerous for your money since, as a BOT, it is managing real transactions on your behalf. Even worst, the Company has demonstrated not to be on top of the issues, they are just middle man, since they don't "own" the application with the relevant skills and competencies - it is outsourced to external Developers, who clearly are not engaged towards End-Users. Support is a joke, they do not care about anything and anybody.

There are not regulated at all, giving your API with reading rights ( event with no withdrawal ) is very risky... do your research ... Also As they offer "Paper Trading" ( the equivalent of a demo account I registered with CryptoHopper to try out the Arbitrage functionality. But to try Paper Trading arbitrage they ask to subscribe to one the most expansive offer ... This is a hint of how usure they are of their platform... Other bot services offer free trial with full functionality. That is to bad because the UI and functionalities seems good.

Their customer service is worthless and lazy. They don't really look into issues - you may get an actual response (which also may be wrong!) after going back and forth at least 5 times. Guaranteed you will lose money at least a few times due to their self-admitted lack of customer support, ongoing/never-ending tech issues, or at least getting misinformation from multiple agents. Crypto space may be growing, but your team really needs to focus on providing actual customer service. The same agents repeat the same issues over and over again. Even raising these issues to CH's "management" goes nowhere (not surprised).

Worst support ever!!!. I bought a subscription with 19$ and send the payment with LTC. i sent the payment to them but they say it didnt recieved and they have to correct the payment in order to activate my account. Its been 10 days since they dont answer my emails. Please people be careful with this site.

I read most reviews and I just can’t understand the negativity. It’s not a get rich quick bot. However it does make you money, just read yourself in and paper trade. Sometimes I make 7% a day. Don’t let the negative reviews hold you back trying cryptohopper. Make sure to read or watch the info.

So its real good, i enjoy the software i started out with 40 USDT and let the bot handle its work (small numbers small return) i made about, 10 usdt in a week for 40 usdt is that quite good. One downside i found on cryptohopper is that it doesn't inform u that ur trial membership has been expired. so i wasted 2 days thinking my bot was still working when it was not.

Had cryptohopper on biance for five days. can't enable trading. no trades take place. now realize after paying 20 pounds for explorer hopper a month. expected to pay another more money for a strategy. judging by reviews on here its probably good hopper isnt working customer services are rude and unhelpful. they imply i'm am not tech enough and know there company is a scam. they say on the crypto hopper not working. that i've selected signals. and basically laugh that i have to pay again for a strategi. having already paid 20 pounds for a month. first its free then its 20 pounds. then oh you must pay more for a strategy

Denied refund request and tried to stall refund. Customer service is ran like scam! Program is not very good and has lot's of bugs. It's a waste of money!

Heb cryptohopper ook 2 maanden gebruikt, oplichters zijn het. De software klopt van geen kant, en medewerkers achter de chat hebben totaal nergens geen verstand van. Het enig wat deze zeggen is je strategie klopt niet of ik maak ticket aan waar je vervolgens andere week antwoord op krijgt... niet netjes dus. Ik heb 3 hoppers gehad dus ik weet waar ik het over heb. De ene hopper liep terwijl ik de ander miet aan de praat kreeg met zelfde instelling... echt nooit aan beginnen dus althans... hier heb je een eerlijke revieuw. Ik had er dus drie... hopper kocht alleen verliesgevend aan en veel meer dan het krengbliet zien. Om alles weer in orde te krijgen moest je alles verkopen en omdat er dus een hoop open is gezet op de achtergrond moet je bij binance je wallet connverteren naar bnb coin wat jou geld kost... vervolgens moetbje weer bitcoin aankopen wat je weer veel geld kost. Stelen doen ze. Ik heb short nog uitgeprobeerd dus als een crypto zakt..... heb een crypto gekocht dat 108% winst had. Volgende dag stond ie eindelijk op 25% winst dus aangezien het een short is zou ik 75% winst hebben. Ik kijk in de hopper en deze stond op 6% winst.... echte oplichters dus Ook de klantenseevice het zijn allemaal oplichters. Ik heb de hopper uitgezet en vervolgens heb ik meer winst als met de oplichthopper. Begin er echt nooit aan mensen, mocht je geld overhouden dan houd ik me graag aanbevolen. Het geld ben je ook kwijt maar ik ben je een stuk dankbaarder. Schoften zijn het... echt waar. Kan hele mails overleggen.

The software does not work as it should be. I have encountered so many problems. I have tried to enable buying option several times. But it activates automatically. The system buys without my consent. Secondly I have encountered positions that are bought without showing up in the open positions. These positions where registered on my Binance account but bought and not traded on the hopper account. When I adressed this issue two weeks ago they told me that they encountered some problems and was solved now. They did extend my subscription with two weeks. Unfortunatelly I had the same problem again. The system does also close positions automatically over and over again. You need to synch this so it can be sold. These positions are shown in the current assets box but not traded because it is not recognized as an open position by the software. Honoustly I would not recomend this software at all. I can not imagine that they do not know the problems of their own software system. It is unethical to offer such a poor system when dealing with others finances.

Just did some research, but Cryptohopper gets a lot of other people's recommendations on Facebook to promote the crypto business. Go to their Facebook page, read their seemingly similar recommendations that all people make enormous amounts of money within a week and then go to @CompareForexBrokers on Facebook and you for example see the same name Cathy Clarke surfacing. All phone numbers on the FB page are in the USA and so these are no real reviews... Look for yourself!

Highly unprofessional business and unwilling/unable to solve problems! Stay away from this business as the services they offer are difficult, they're awful on support, highly unprofessional and uninterested to solve a problem. Pure scam-like! Problem solving capability: ZERO! They do not respond to messages promptly, they are evasive in their answers and try to not have to refund you. Sometimes you make a mistake and you hope the company you are doing business with help you and not hide behind their companies' policies... Well, they do! They do about everything to not refund you. Because of this I lost $150. Asking them if I can have a refund... nope, not for credits... Asking them what they difference is, you get a policy thrown at you! They don't want to solve a problem other than offering free months, even when you stated multiple times you don't want to do business with them any longer. So my message to them was... Keep the money, I will have my opinion, experience and freedom to say how I experience your flexible refund policy. Nowadays, your bucks spent online will do wonders, in each way or direction. It is fine and I will have to let my money work in a different way then. Expensive lesson! Happy flopping... So be careful and in my opinion, stay away. Many other great services around that do appreciate you as a customer and solve problems even when you are in the wrong. Always remember: It's the will to solve customer's problems and not the so-called inability that cannot! And it is the people that ultimately make you successful. These people will not! (And I am not working for a competitor... I am a highly dissatisfied customer!)

I tried to subscribe using crypto. It didn't go thru. They claimed they didn't receive the payment although I sent them the trans ID and the address I was given when trying to subscribe. Then the subscription 'expired'. nobody bothered to reply to the ticket I opened with them. great service :-(

It's a good service, it seemed expensive at first but they have coupons that can bring the price down every now and then if you sign up with their email news. I recommend you use the marketplace on cryptohopper and find a good signal, template, and strategy and you will have to buy those as well.

The bot buys and sells at the wrong time most of the trades, even if there is not any kind of signal in the technical indicators. Most of the time it does not scan signals in the market and there are plenty of them. The customer support is totally unuseful, they don´t provide any kind of help. Also, they added me to their Telegram group without my permission and several scammers tried to steal my money with private messages. It is a really bad company.

I used cryptohopper and it made me a nice profits in bullish market, only it is bit complicated to create or adjust a strategy and if market turn bearish, you will have to deploy bearish strategy and pay another fees for your hopper and the website reload speed should be better.

I have been using Cryptohopper.com for about two weeks now and have been trying other services such as 3commas, Stoic and Shrimpy ans so far, Cryptohopper.com is definitely the best in my opinion. It has the most amount of customizability while still being accessible to the everyday crypto investor. On top of all the features they have (which btw work very well as I have gained about 20% on my portfolio in about 3 days) their customer service is second to none. They are always and when i say "always" I mean ALWAYS available to help you. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend CH to my friends and family without hesitation. I found cryptohopper a good product , and liked many of the features, but i have had difficulty getting joined up support , when having problems with my api keys setting up my hopper. The individuals on chat seems to change quite frequently and repeat the same instructions/advice as the previous support individual, when you have already gone through a process. I am still waiting for constructive support with new ideas from my ticket , having waited 10 days? I got good support from (i think S*****a) who said that i could get a refund on my subscription for 4 days, and was helpful looking for alternatives to fix the problem. It was suggested I try another exchange , but this involves more fees. I am unsure if the ticket support read any of the history. I think the chat support individuals are helpful in general and the product itself is really good , I hope that I can avoid having to change exchanges

I mostly love these guys. They have the potential to be the absolute best if they can get rid of some bugs. I used them for about 4 months, then quit and went to another vendor. I'm thinking about returning. Yes, they have problems. But other vendors have problems too. First the people. I found support people to always be available via text message. I never felt scammed. I never felt mistreated. They even credited me with some extra subscription once for some downtime. I'm a little surprised by the other negative reviews concerning their integrity. I don't question their honesty at all. That alone goes a long way for me personally. As a software developer, I would rate the software as 90% wonderful. I personally consider their UI very high quality. Their backtesting is very nice except you need to really scrutinize and somewhat mistrust the results. Trust, but verify. Sometimes the system would stop firing buy signals and nobody would seem to know why, or maybe they didn't want to tell me. They offer two different ways to set up your "Hopper". You could use the "TA" settings approach which seemed to be the older approach, or you could use more exotic "strategies" from CH or other vendors. But woe unto you if you try to use TA strategies on some coins and the exotic ones on others. The system would go bonkers. There's something about having a mixture of old/new that completely freaks out their software. I had better luck with the TA settings and if I return, that's what I will be using. If you use the exotic strategy approach, you are allowed to purchase strategies created by third parties. Some of them worked pretty well. Some of them did absolutely nothing. If you ask CH, they blame the strategy vendor. Ask the strategy vendor, they blame CH. Whatever bugs vex their interoperability, there seems to be a general hopelessness and lack of motivation on both sides to resolve it. Their vendors for signals were not very impressive. I bought strategies and signals and ended up discarding them all. I LOVED the way CH tracked my profitability by position. When CH worked, it worked quite well. I can't say it was ever complete "lights out". I always felt like I needed to glance at it during the night if I awoke, or check it while on a trip. However, with their mobile app, that was easy to do. I would recommend you try them out, but start slow with only a coin or two. Don't dump the whole mother load in there until you get used to it. And CAREFULLY scrutinize what the backtesting tells you. Don't immediately presume their max profit percentage is correct. Consider those results a rough measure of reality and be aware of positions that go unsold at the end of the test that are unaccounted for.

Great way to lose money. You'll be rage quitting before week 2. Maybe there's a strategy out there on the marketplace that actually works, but you'll have spent hundreds before you find it through trial and error. The people who can actually do the quantametrics to devise winning strategies dont need this platform to auto-trade. Company was featuring bad performing bots too. that's far from integrity I haven't paid the $90 or $50 subscription. The platform isn't the problem, it's the trading strategies and difficulty to select a safe one. If there is an effective one I would be surprised. $90 subscription doesn't rely on trading strats though,

Well, I have been using Cryptohopper in trial mode, just to check if it works. The user interface is a rabbit hole, you wander around different menus to setup and start your bot using indicators. It is really difficult to use because of the bad user interface. I noticed there is a lag (time delay): after you add a new coin in your settings, it takes 5 or 15 minutes to show up in the home page (dashboard). I tested today the stop loss, which is not doing anything. I guess it is because I set it to stop loss only if there is a profit or there is an issue with Absolute Price Oscillator indicator which never triggers the selling, and the chosen coin keep steady or going down. The selling never happened and instead of selling on the limit I defined, it kept falling almost -8% so I needed to interrupt the hopper (the bot) and wait the coin to recover and I will sell it manually. The free templates are not free, once you install there is a message telling your subscription cannot edit them, so why the heck do they show up as Free templates (strategies, bot settings, signals,...)? The payment methods for yearly subscription are limited. Monthly you have paypal, bitpay (needs KYC verification), bank transfer, wallet, bitcoin, litecoin or monero. Yearly you have less options: bitpay, bank, wallet, bitcoin, litecoin or monero. No integrated payment gateway to accept credit cards. The site overall is confusing, I guess I will just give up on this and try other trading tools.

The arbitrage bots show “false” profits, when I cross-check with Binance transactions, it is clear that the bot uses (“different amounts” setting) as a failsafe in order to execute orders that otherwise would be a loss. By enabling this function, it appears to be making profits based on first and last trade in the triangle, but the middle trade is rounded up and buys too expensive, therefore making a loss (depending on the percentage and amounts put in) between 0.5 and 2% per trade. This accumulated very quickly over time! We have lost because of this technical miscalculation of "fake" profit, $1.8k in 36hours time. It seems that you guys have known that these problems exist for a longer period of time. Have found some similar complains on Trustpilot.com and other review sites. Best of lucking tweaking your software. In our opinion, the computing power you have behind the bot/server is insufficient to make the correct (and fast) calculations. Speed is in this case an absolute must! For cautious investors out there, put the arbitrage bot from Cryptohopper aside for now, unless they can provide evidence that they have fixed the issue, DO NOT INVEST! yours, Polloloco

Interesting how a little bit down this thread 5 posts under different Women’s names with no picture of themselves left good reviews all on the same day, August 25. Most of the other reviews are at least a month apart, the five that come before and after span about 6 months, then 5 good reviews on the same day?? It looks to me like some employee of cryptohopper just got on here with 5 different accounts left some fake reviews. My experience with cryptohopper leaves me suspicious.

Untrustworthy. I kept a record of all my trades and the profit on each one, and the profit I was making was not passed onto me fully. Cryptohopper takes money from you in an underhand way. When I asked them where my money had gone they said I was reading the figures incorrectly or that the Binance exchange was to blame. This is garbage. It's them taking the money.

I had an issue with the bot. They bot was reporting different profits/losses than the real ones. I contacted the dev team and they said it was display error and it wouldn't affect my balance (I even have the screenshot to prove they said this) well I let the arbitrage bot run and I lost .2 BTC (more than $2500 ) in 2 days. I have a big account so i wasn't noticing it until i recalculated some of the trades manually and the bot was doing an inverse arbitrage, buying high and selling cheap. I showed them that the bot was messing up with the trade amounts and, they replied: "next we wait for our internal dev team to look into this and fix it, as it's not really affecting your real performance but just your numbers it's safe to keep your bot on for the time being" ​ After i showed the proof that i actually lost .2 BTC in 2 days and even offer the trade logs from my binance account, they replied: "​Thank you for sending these screenshots. Please keep your existing hopper output in your account so that our developers can look into it. I have forwarded your findings to our developers and I will inform you when I know more. For the inconvenience, I have added a month to your account. " After that, they kept closing the ticket as if it was solved. It was never solved and they kept replying that they would fix the problem. I sent them my Logs and instead of being adults and taking full responsibility for their recommendations they evaded their responsibility and kept delaying the situation. In summary, I LOST .2 BTC because Alex, part of their team, recommended i should keep my bot running. I showed the logs to prove their bot was bugged and they said they would look into this, 2 months passed and they never took responsibility. What a bunch of dishonest people. I have full proof so in case they want to take down my review i will send my full conversation with them to Trustpilot. They don't want to take responsibility, well i will. I will make a youtube video explaining a lot of trades that i discovered where the bot said i had profit which in fact resulted in big losses.

I use Cryptohopper for a few months or longer now. I like the features and the documentation. 'HOPPIE' can guide you through the platform. If you have any questions you can ask it 24/7 at the chat. I don't understand users who give a 1 *??? What went wrong? I am pleased with the platform...

I stumbled on this and thought CH deserved a better shake than many of these reviews have given. Decided to give an honest rating though instead of throwing it 5 stars for balance; even if most of these 1 star reviews dragging it down appear to be out of spite. I've been using Cryptohopper for over a year now. It does what it claims to do... So manage your expectations. Don't expect to get rich overnight with your magic robot. Whoever said this bot trades exclusively with simple averages is either all out lying, or exceptionally unobservant and gave up after 5 minutes. In the setup wizard the first time using it, that should be obvious. Many of the errors mentioned by others, even when it "wasn't their exchange because it worked fine over there" are typically api problems with that exchange. I won't name the platform, but one in particular I flat out had to stop using because of how bad the connection was. Other exchanges work flawlessly. Regarding monthly fee: that's about average (give or take) among their competitors. They give out discounts frequently, and paying a year up front results in a discount as well. BTW, I paid for my year long subscription in profit from trades exclusively coming from the bot within weeks. (results may vary etc etc) The options when creating templates and strategies are quite extensive. The feature to have any particular signal hold over a set # of candles is worth the price of admission alone. Imo, someone with more basic knowledge about trading/indicators will have a much better go at cryptohopper in general. It's still quite user friendly, but some bare minimum due diligence is still in order. The included backtesting tool is pretty good as well. The most recent patch improved its stability quite a lot. It's not perfect. The market strategies/signals do feel a lot like micro-transactions in a videogame you already purchased. Although MOST of these are 3rd party if that's any consolation...(I can't believe they started charging for their own strategies that were initially free, smh). There are also some indicators that were once available for all users, that now are only for their top tier. New features too, seem to be exclusive to the top tier. As if they were released for the exclusive purpose of getting us peasants at the middle and lower tiers to spend even more money. Tisk risk. Tldr: if you take a little time to set it up properly, and explore and experiment to get closer to your personal preferences, Cryptohopper remains deserving of its constantly getting named among the top crypto trading bots.

It's a take it as it is company. With the Covid-19 pandemic, yes, they have the challenges as any normal company would but their support system is so up to the game. Always cordial, professional, and helpful. With such an honest and helpful team, I believe investors assets and investments couldn't be at a safer place than this platform. First of all this platform is the most expensive in the market as they only allow you 1 bot per subscription. Other platforms allow unlimited so for 10 bots on highest subscription I would need 1200$/month as opposed to 99€ in 3commas for unlimited. Support is the most clueless I've dealt with cryptobots. -Within the first hour I opened a case because the hopper wasn't working and support said it's probably a bug. It turned out the bot didnt have a subscription assigned to it and a customer with 2 hours experience could figure that out. -Stats are all random numbers. It's nearly impossible to know how much I have and made/lost. -I have tickets open for many days and no response has been received other than the "automated" responses.

You have to pay a very expensive monthly fee and on top of that you have to pay for the strategies you want to use. It's hard to make a profit in this situation. There are automated trading solutions that are much more affordable, easier to access and more user-friendly. Kryll.io for example, with its pay-per-use model. Edit: despite what cryptohopper may think, I don’t work for Kryll I am just a user of their platform which was disappointed by Cryptohopper. And yes I only have two reviews here on Trustpilot, because I only give my opinion about products that I tried, I am not gonna review things that I don’t know just to please you.

All the marketing and headlines lead you to believe you're on to something good. At this point in time, you're not. Don't waste your time, effort and money. It does stuff/something but exactly what, you don't know. You will receive many, many errors. The support staff are responsive but ignore requests relating to how to fix problems. The system has potential but it does not work!

As a former trading pro, I started a review of some of the trading bot providers in the market with a dual approach both as a trader and a potential user. This one is not so bad as a product, has decent features and an interesting copy strategy feature. Ergonomy: this is ok, but not ultra user friendly I would say. I don't know, it is just a general impression that something is just not quite right Connectivity: this is good in terms of connectivity with most of large exchanges available Functionnality: they offer an interesting mix of building a strategy yourself if you are an experienced trader like myself or subscribing to one of their few strategies availbale in their marketplace. It looks like eToro in terms of functionnality but with a a very poorly diversified mix. Pricing: it is quite expensive as their basic package is 16.58$ with very few functionnalities and if you are interested in one or more strategies you have to pay for each. This is really a pain point Overall, an interesting concept, but they lack the critical size to increase the size of their marketplace.

I was really excited to try their exchange arbitrage. The first time a few months ago I paid the subscription and the exchange arbitrage was not functional on the site!! I could not even get a response from support. So I lost my $58 (with tax) subscription. Yesterday thinking that they may have sorted out the functionality I tried again. This time my subscription payment was just lost?!!! It was the exact amount in crypto as stipulated. It always takes hours for subscription payments to go through. After 6 hours it failed but had left my wallet. I went to support and on their page was a message that SUPPORT IS NOT AUTHORIZED IN YOUR REGION!!! However they were perfectly able to take my subscription there was no message that they could not accept money from my region!!! They are a joke!!! I have a you tube channel and was testing this for my channel as an arbitrage bot sounded great. I actually recommended a few people and never got paid anything through their affiliate link. Stay away this is either about to fall apart or it is a scam!!!

I was a little bit disappointed by one of the so called leaders in the crypto trading bot area. There are not a lot of functionalities that I find useful as an experienced trader. I also am wondering if I was a newbie in trading how on earth I could use their platform. Maybe overtime they will improve their customer experience. One of the advice I would give them is to find good strategy providers and act as a quality market place which is key over the long term as professional traders usually develop their own trading environment.

Subscribe if you like giving your money away. You lose money trading with their bot after you pay $20-$45 per month per exchange or "hopper" ridiculous. Bots trade on simple moving averages and frequently lose money. you'll have to pay for signals which may or may not work. got the adventure package, because of webhooks. it never worked even though i got great trade signals. cost me a lot of money and opportunity. when i asked for a refund the close my trouble ticket without fixing the issue with the webhooks. it took a dispute with paypal to get their attention and guess what in the end paypal will say they delivered the product regardless of if it worked or not. So if you like to save yourself some drama, and not lose a ton of money STAY CLEAR! there are better services out there, quadency, etoro, even shrimpy. these guys are a joke.

Used it for 4 months. I like the layout and feel, setting profit, trailing stop/buy all are great. But it's filled with bugs. App is trash but you can just view it on phone browser though it's not optimized for that(responsive enough). No connection to certain pairs for hours at a time (you can even see missing data when using their own backtesting). To make it clear: this was not the exchange issue cause I checked and was able to sell and buy directly just fine. The shorting doesn't work at all and they decided against margin trade support. ALL WHILE HAVING SHORTS SECTION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DASHBOARD. The definition they give states it "doesn't work in the traditional sense" followed by somewhat (imo) unclear explanation. After reaching out to support to confirm what's up, I was sent to forums and definitions I just read - with more characters used in the email than actually answering the question. Finally someone confirmed taking profit is possible so I continued to short and lost potential profit as it doesn't work. Open Short=Regular Sell Close Short=Regular Buy. They stick to it it all makes sense even though I didn't find any other definition of shorting where you don't get the profit from price dropping. It's just stupid and the support emails got worse and worse every single one telling me to read their website. Extremely patronizing and unhelpful. So remember the answer to "Can you short on Cryptohopper?" Is absolutely NO.

Good overall. Been trying it for a month. I would improve the store for signals and strategies to make it more clear. Plus some bugs in the referral system. Overall great service 👌🏽

I really like the platform. First I didn't know much about it but there support team helped me really well!!

I have had multiple bugs across multiple problems and Crypto Hopper has made literally no effort to fix any of them. Most recent is my hopper bought a coin even when my buying was turned off. Then the coin went to -10% and then sold my coin because it hit my 10% stoploss. I wouldn't have a problem if this was my investment and I had made the purchase, and if the hopper buy button was turned on (which is wasn't.) Every time I log back in the buy button turns back on. Crypto Hopper will nicely wreck you if you're not careful. 1 star is too many stars for this service. The support make no effort to speak to customers to find out problems and fix bugs.

Staggering amount of bugs, probably biggest concern is it seems it takes them 1-3 moths just to realise they have a problem. Probably would not be fare to list bugs as they might been fixed at some point and be irrelevant couple month down the line. Some serious bugs that will leave you in red, So you have to have close eye on it. Support tickets will be closed without any continuity the same minute they opened, so you left with no explanation or time scales or even acknowledgements of problems, or if that being fixed. I'm positive in time it will get better. As this tool can be powerful. Hopefully they will iron out all them nagging concerns in future. I think biggest problem is sluggish response to bugs (think of it this way if you paying monthly and it takes them month to fix an issue you essentially paying for a thin air) And lack of there own testing. Letting customers test and find brunt of possible bugs can lead to extraordinary amount of friction and unnecessary anger. This is not some ping-pong game after all. Use this tool with extreme caution
