I see people talking about how you gave help. My account was supposed to be totally automatic. I had nothing to do with YOU loosing my money , not taking or returning any of my calls. Only way of communicating with anyone of you was by e-mail and that never happened. Also I was promised a full refund if I did not make a profit of enough money to offset my entry fee within a certain time I would be elagable to get my fee returned to me. Well that never happened either. YOU ARE LIERS AND DO NOT EVEN USE A I TO TRADE . The last part of my dealings with you you made WAY BWAY too many trades a day and did not make money. I was supposed to have a safe stop to have some protection. That did not happen either. I don't have any ideal how other people can say everything is great and I have just been one of the few with a bad experience . What keeps you from returning my inter fee like you PROMISED ? I've been running one of their algos since January with the same settings they recommended at the start. It hasn't been perfect I've had a couple of slower months but nothing that's made me want to stop. It's not a hype machine, it just does its job quietly in the background. Listen, there have been a few bumps along the way, a few eggs were cracked over the election period but my account’s up 72% overall since starting. It's all about long term as any sensible investor would know. I work in finance and I’m no rookie,I did my homework because, honestly, it looked too good to be true. Before EP, I was pulling 20–30% a year for me and my clients. That’s a whole different story now for my personal portfolio. This is a long-term game, not some quick flip or lottery ticket. Yeah, we all hit an 11% drawdown recently, but if you just sat tight and mirrored the master account, you’d have ended the month down only 2%. The folks who got greedy and tried to juice it with multipliers dug themselves into a bigger hole, and are now blaming EP. Maybe the team should have been stricter and be on top of the clients who changed multipliers which i hope is the case moving forward. The EP promises are all lies. FOREX trading outfits are in general, rigged systems with rats stealing your hard earned $$. Algos just let them steal in auto-pilot mode. Thier videos of succes stories are years ago old. My financial advisor warned me against it but I didn't listen because of greed. Trust me - Stay away! They contribute to this review site to manage and screen bad reviews such as this, and is why this review will more than likely get removed to keep thier ratings positive. They need to change thier name (of which they already have a couple of times prob because of lawsuits, etc.) to "LCS" (Lie, Cheat & Steal).

I've been with Eminence since December 2024, and I think some of the recent negative reviews might be from people who didn't fully understand how risk settings work. When I first joined, I sat down with support to walk me through exactly how much exposure I'd be comfortable with. I am getting fbi involve, because such scam for all this people to loose money is insane, first they tell you that if the algorithm is not good before 45 days you cant cancel and get your refund, well it was good the first 50 days and after that i am 90% liquidated, i am not letting this go, on their contact also says that we recommend up to 20k for you not to loose money, well my money was at 25 k at one point and it tanked not its at 1k, Tristian the guy who suppose to handle my account is not even responding to me.

Very disappointed in how this company conducts business and ignores their clients when things go badly. Noticed today that many of their positive reviews are from other countries, not the US. I personally believe these are fake, but the negative reviews all describe the same losing patterns from Oct/Nov 2024, March 2025, and the last 2 weeks, which match my experience as well.

I signed up over 6 months ago. Certainly have had a few situations where over 10% of my funds have been lost due to what I would say are trading errors. Which the company has admitted to as problems that have required updates to the trading algo. Due to this I have yet to recoup the orignal fee that I paid for the service. If we can get through the next 3 months without any significant daily loses this should at least get me to a point where I will begin making a positive return. However, the biggest frustration is there is no support. Sending email simply does not get a response. Occasionally there is a message posted on the Telegraph channel. Other than that...no response. Thanks for the response to my review. If you are responding to my support requests I am not receiving them. If somebody would care to contact me directly using the email in my account profile that would be fantastic. Hoping to get this issue resolved.

Second thing is they do not provide any direct point of contact or service to you so can sit relax. First, they gave me my point of contact then they transfer me to another. Then the second person gave me a customer service, which you'll never going to reach in any way. In short don't buy this BOT.

Usually I never post reviews but Eminence earned it. I joined on this about two months ago. I started with $10k and I wrapped up with a 6.5% gain in last month. I never felt like the system work perfectly. What stood out more than performance was how the support team handled things. I reached out twice, every time they were informative and helpful. So far this has been the smoothest start I've had with any system before.

I wasn't planning to sign up, but a friend of mine has been running for few months. He made outstanding returns within this time. So I decided to join and joined in mid-May. Setup was quick and everyhting been stable. No issue and no confusion so far. If it keeps performing like this way, then I'm planning to invest more in next month.

I paid for the service, started reading reviews here and decided I didn’t want to sign their contract or go through with onboarding. I asked for a full refund and they have been dragging their feet for nearly 45 days now. They send me text messages asking for a review, so I figure I’d oblige. These guys would rather make excuses about why they can’t refund you because you found out their draw downs are much greater than they advertise. Furthermore, the software isn’t even designed by them. They bought it from a third party and try to pawn off their licenses as if they were smart enough to do this well. These guys aren’t finance guys, they’re marketers who use other people’s work. Find some guy on fiver… they’ll do just as good as these guys

I don't check my account every day, but I keep track. I joined with a modest balance in April and just crossed 10.2% total growth this week. I've left it untouched the entire time. Trades feel well-paced. I've had weeks where barely anything happened, and honestly, I prefer that. It doesn't overdo it. I've also reached out once about risk settings and the person I spoke with gave a straight answer without trying to upsell anything. It's early, but this is the mose stable algo I've used.

I started with Eminence back in February. At the time, I was looking for something that wouldn't eat up my time or stress me out. I've been through the whole cycle - manual trading, signal groups, bots that promise the moon and then disappear when things go sideways. This has been different. I didn't see any explosive returns in the first month, but I wasn't looking for that. It's been consistent and stable. I've averaged just over 5% a month and haven't once felt like my capital was at risk. I ask questions. Probably too many. But every time, support gets back to me with straight answers and actual explanations. That alone makes a huge difference. If you're looking for something you don't have to babysit, this is the first system I've trusted enough to leave alone.

A friend of mine had been running this since January and kept telling me to get in. I didn't want to jump too early - I've seen too many platforms that work well for a few weeks, then blow up. Started in early March with a moderate balance. Didn't mess with the settings, just let it run. Checked this week and I'm up 11.2% total. The returns haven't been huge week to week, but they've added up. Haven't felt the need to pause or change anything.

I meant to write this a while ago but just never got around to it. I joined in January and stuck with it through everything since. Gains overall are around 30%, give or take. There were a few slower weeks, but nothing ever felt out of control. I've barely touched the system since setting it up. It's just been compounding in the background. This is probably the first trading setup I haven't micromanaged and that says a lot.

Been a member for close to 3 months have lost money . They keep coming up with solutions but never follow thru with them. Half the time you get no response or it is days later. I have tried to get my money back as they said they would but they continue to drag me out. One guy sound helpful on the phone and then does nothing. Another guy starts talking to me runs me around for 3 more weeks and now will not answer the phone. Left a message for the boss to call and he has not responded. So posting further on this same thing they are dragging the refunding process out , One person I have called and left 3 voice mails with has never returned my calls. The number they have posted for Florida seems to be an answering service as every time they call it is a different person that answers and they forwarded me to some voice mail for an guy who never calls back. They refunded me $1,000 that I deposited thru Whop to secure my "place". Now i keep getting ask for different things to send the rest of my money back. My personal opinion is they are waiting for the next person to buy in so they can refund someone waiting. Again I would stay far away from this. 16 days since I ask for my refund and still waiting. I will continue to add as this drags out. Received a full refund today. Still not a fan of the company or the methods they use but they did honor the refund policy and returned my money.

I first heard about Eminence back in January but didn't sign up right away. I've been in and out of different trading trading setups for the last couple years, some were decent, most weren't and I didn't want to get caught in aother overr-promised situation. So I watched. I saw people talk about the February drawdown, then saw how the team responded adjusted things , and didn't disappear. That's what made me take it seriously. I signed up at the end of April with a small amount, just enough to see how it behaved without me watching it every day. May ended just over 6% for me, and at no point did I feel like the system was guessing. Everything about it felt paced and thought through. Had on interaction with support the first week of May simple question about how lot sizes scale with balance. Got a proper response a couple hours later, no fluff, no "we'll get back to you". It's rare to find something that actually calms you down the longer you use it. But that's what this has been so far.

Joined in mid-April, didn't know what to expect. Just checked my account at the end of May and I'm up 6.3%. Haven't touched a thing since setup. Planning to leave it running and see how it performs long-term.

I came in a bit hot at the start. Set my risk higher than I should've and got clipped early. Ended April just barely in the red. My fault. Spoke to the support, brought it back to default settings, and just let it sit for May. It recovered what I lost and finished at +4.9%. Probably would've been higher if I didn't mess around early on. Plan now is to leave it alone and stop trying to outsmart it. Learned my lesson.

I came into this super cautious. I got burned on another algo last year that promised "safe automation" and ended up taking a 28% drawdown in two weeks. So I waited, did my homework and joined Eminence in early May with a small balance. Different experience from the start. The trades have been placed, risk has clearly been controlled, and there's been zero emotional decision-making. I finished May with 5.6% growth and didn't once feel like the system was off-track. This is an algo that respects risk and moves properly, its first one I've actually felt comfortable letting run

I started in mid-April, so May was the first full month I've had the system running without touching it. Happy to say it stayed stable the whole way through. I didn't see any big spikes or scary dips, which is what I was most worried about. There were a couple slower days, but overall it felt consistent. I'm up just over 6% for the month and honestly haven't thought about pausing once. Support's been good too. I had a question about trade frequency and go a proper reply the same day so 5 stars.

So far this company has performed as they promise. Over 10% in my first month. Better than I expected and I’m happy I took the plunge. Riley has been great to work with and if you are on the fence, call him and start making money.

I've been using this algorithmic trading platform for several months and I'm genuinely impressed. My average return not too much but overall positive with one month dipping slightly negative. The system trades reponsibly, and what stands out most is their customer support - always responsive and helpful. It's been a reliable source of passive income for me.

Terrible experience so far. extremely poor customer support and a complete lack of transparency, unlike TOKEN BLAZE which offers clear communication and consistently reliable payouts with no room for complaints.

I've been using the plaform for about 8 months now. On average, I've seen returns of around 6.1% per month, which really adds up over time. Not every month is green - March were slightly negative for me around 2.8% but overall, the algorithm does a good job of managing risk. If you're looking for consistent performance without unrealistic promises, this is worth it.

I switched to the Gold strategy about six weeks ago after hearing it was designed to be more conservative. April just closed out at 6.2% for me. The trades looked spaced out and risk was clearly being managed tighter than what I've seen before. No heavy scalilng or panic entries - just slow, steady wins. Communincation from support has also been excellent.

I was promised consistent returns of 5% per month and was advised not to worry, as long as I let their system handle everything and refrained from making my own trades. I followed their instructions to the letter and did not deviate from the process they outlined. Despite being told this would be a reliable, hands-off investment, my experience was anything but. Over the course of 9 months, rather than earning the projected $5,000+ based on their claimed performance, I actually ended up losing $2,000. To make matters worse, I was charged nearly $20,000 in upfront fees, only to later discover that others were charged significantly less for the same service. I also found that, in addition to this steep entry fee, they take a percentage of your trades and you are responsible for fees to a third-party brokerage based on your account balance. These compounding fees make profitability nearly impossible. One of their representatives even encouraged me to roll over my entire 401(k) into their platform—thankfully, I didn't fall for that. But I fear others might not be so lucky. In my opinion, this company operates with misleading promises, excessive fees, and disappointing results. I strongly urge anyone considering them to think twice. Based on my experience, this was not a trustworthy or effective investment partner. Do not fall for their empty assurances.

They produced videos showing a return of 5% or greater per month! I lost monies with them! And they wouldn't refund their very steep $9,900 subscription fee. Ripoff. The S&P 500 produced better returns.

What I like most is that when something goes wrong, they don't hide. Last month we had a drawdown, and they told us right away what was going on, what they were doing, and how it would be handled. That meant a lot. I've dealt with other investment groups that go silent when things dip. This one didn't. That's why I stayed. The returns have been good, and felt like my money's in good hands.

Been running Eminence Pro for a bit now, and I'm happy with the overall performance. Returns have not been life-changing, but steady. Some months were better than others, which is expected, but I do think the way returns are talked about upfront could be a little more measured. I've had no issues with withdrawals or support and compared to other trading bots i've tried, this one feels a lot more professional. It's doing what it's suppossed to do, and as long as that continues, I'm sticking with it.

My neighbor's a younger guy, always into the latest tech. He told me about Eminence Pro and said it was working for him. I figured I'd give it a shot with a small account. Been five months now. Had one dip that made me nervous, but they kept sending updates adn the account's bounced back. I'm not trying to get rich overnight. Just want something solid. This has been that.

I never go all in on anything without testing first. I started with a small amount, let it run, and kept an eye on it. First couple of months were steady, no big surprises. The we hit a rough patch. My account was definitely at risk, but the team was on top of it. They communicated well, managed the drawdown properly, and didn't just disappear like other trading bots I've tried. At this point, I've put more in. Not beacuse it's perfect - nothing is - but because it's been consistent, transparent, and actually managed like a real trading system.

Did EVERYTHING they wanted me to do over many months. I lost my program fee plus about 40% of my investment capital. This is a TERRIBLE PROGRAM. Invested roughly $70k all in, walked away with $27k. Even their salesman that pitched me walked away from the program. I asked for a refund and they stated I had to wait till the 16 month mark. I figured my account would be zero by then so I bailed. Again, this program is not good. I would consider any alternative before letting them trade your money away.

I've had two direct interactions with support, both answered quickly and properly. If you're looking for something you don't have to constantly second-guess, this might be it.

It hasn't been perfect - we did one month where the account dropped a bit - but they explained it clearly and adjusted things. I appreciate that they didn't hid behind jargon or avoid questions. It's been growing again since I'm not looking for huge returns, just something steady and well-managed. This has been just that.

Bait and switch seems to be the best way to describe my experience. When selling the system, I was told they never had a draw down more than 4%. Shortly after signing up I experienced a 25% drawdown. When I questioned what was up I was told there was a similar drawdown the prior year?!? Then as the account slowly recovered to around 22% down we had another drawdown to 45% down. There were promises made when being sold the system that were never kept. Overall a really bad experience to pay $29k for an investment tool that was supposed to do between 10-15% per month and be down the $29k AND 45%!

I started with a modest amount to see how thing went. It's been three months now and I haven't had a single moment where I felt the need to panic or intervene. Everything just works. Returns have been consistent, not flashy. But I'd rather see 3 to 5 percent monthly with risk managed properly than gamble on something unstable. This has been a good fit for how I think about capital preservation.

We are also very disappointed with our investment. It started looking promising, but then it took a turn for the worse, and we have not seen anything improve. We would really like to be refunded our almost $10,000 start-up fee so that it's not a total loss. We have lost about $5000 following this bot. The amount lost following the bot can not be recovered, but the start-up fee should and could be refunded. It would be the right thing to do, in my opinion

At my age, I'm not trying to swing for the fences. I've worked hard, I just want my money in something stable. This isn't perfect, but it's been consistent. They had a dip recently, but they handled it. kept us updated, didn't run and hide. That meant a lot. I've stayed with it, and I'm still ahead. That's all I was looking for.

I was wondering why I had not seen ads for them lately, then looked at their account on My FXbook, down 3.49% for the year as of 4/16/25. Glad I just lost my $20,000.

I'm retired now, and I've been looking for ways to grow my savings without having to sit and watch charts all day. This has worked well. The results have been solid, but what impressed me most was the service. When I had questions, I got answers. Not generic stuff real responses. They even walked me through things over the phone. This kind of support is rare these days.

NOT Worth The Investment I got sucked in by the great marketing and MyFxBook accounts. It has a VERY expensive startup cost ($20,000) for a mediocre (at best) strategy. Maybe I just got in at the wrong time, but after doing more research, there are much better options out there for much less cost. The strategy seems to try to pick a reversal and then stack multiple trades, hoping it eventually goes into profit. I got caught in multiple drawdowns, where they had to deploy a hedge recovery system, which was also fairly risky. Save your time and money! I lost quite a lot.

I have been user of the PRO EA (Expert Advisor) service for 8 months. In that time there have been positive months and negative months, which is not surprising because Forex Trading can be volatile. Overall, the net performance of the EA trades applied to my account has been negative. I would like to bring three things to the attention of any person considering this service. I will also add that I would be happy to answer questions 1-on-1. I can be located in LinkedIn. 1. The most important thing of all, Theo Miller, the CEO, in a time of crisis did not do what he said he would do. In a particularly volatile period in late February and early March '25, the EA took some significant (but not total) losses. Afterwards I paused my trading because I was concerned with the trading strategy and more importantly the lack of communication during the downturn (no information on the master trader's plan of action - e.g. at what point will they cut our losses.) After the turbulence (and losses), Theo put out an official announcement on Telegram that going forward in March the Master account would operate under a 5% stop loss rule, plus a 100-pip maximum loss on a single trade rule. Based on this new information I resumed copy trading off the Master account knowing that my maximum risk was 5%. Less than a week later the market encountered more turbulence, and the Master account blew well past 10% and many 100's of pips. Theo totally disregarded his commitment. Because of this I lost much more than 5%. This has nothing to do with the inherent risk of Forex trading. This is a leader who did not keep his word and while he apologized, he ultimately shrugged his shoulders. He is not trustworthy. 2. The results advertised on their master account are NOT the same gains that a typical user gets. Due to the time lag of copying trades to your account, due to liquidity issues that make it hard to fill large orders in busy times, and due to the excessive hedging performed by the Eminence traders during a crisis, the user will very often see larger losses than the losses in the Master account. The net is that you should expect smaller gains and larger losses than the Master account. 3. Recently the trading decisions have been entirely irrational. I know this is a subjective statement however there have been multiple absolute shockers. Out of nowhere crypto trades were added to the master account. Gold trades scaling from an initial .2 lot trade to a total of 7 lots within 1 minute! An incredibly risky trade which ultimately got all the accounts in trouble. The point is that the trading style over the last couple of months was unpredictable and unnecessarily risky. Update on April 13: please note that the Eminence reply does not refute that Theo Miller publicly communicated the operating rules of the Expert Adviser and then did not follow those rules. He cannot be trusted with your money.

I don't really leave reviews. but this has been solid so far. Setup was quick, returns have been steady and I haven't had any issues so far. It's not some wild money printer but it's also not wiping out my account like other bots I've tried. Had one month that a bit, but the team was straight up about it, which I respect. No excuses, just proper risk management. I check in once a week, see my account growing, and move on with my day. That's all I really wanted from this.

This program deserves no point. Been on it for over 6 months and lost over 30k and looks like nobody has an answer. Beginning to think it's scam.

I signed up for Eminence Pro's software thinking I knew what I was getting, but it turns out they have all sorts of hidden fees and charges. From "maintenance fees" to "upgrade charges", it seems like they're always finding new ways to nickel-and-dime their customers. I'm extremely disappointed in their lack of transparency and honesty.

I am new to this and so far I am seeing positive results, which is super exciting. What really stands out is the awesome support from my account manager. He’s always quick to reply and super helpful whenever I have questions. It made the whole experience so much easier, especially since I’m still pretty new to algo trading. My experience has been great and I can’t wait to see how things go from here. I’m definitely here for the long term!

I've had a frustrating experience with Eminence Pro's customer support. They're unresponsive to emails, and when I finally get a hold of someone, they're unhelpful. I've had to escalate issues multiple times, and even then, they've failed to resolve the problems. Not impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Have been using Eminence Pro for 6 months. I cannot recommend you risk your money or time using them based on this experience. Please look elsewhere for a competent company that offers returns and customer support. They have caused over a 50% loss on my accounts (not just a temporary drawdown). I find it dubious that other reviews show any positive results during this time period. There is a free telegram board in addition to the ‘official eminence pro’ called Eminence Pro rather than Eminence P.R.O. - which is well worth your reviewing before you invest. If you are already investing, there are 53 or more members that detail all the issues that have occurred and show that it’s not just an isolated problem - their issues are systemic and serious. Their algos do not work in today’s environment and likely only luck or manual trading has saved them when they have ‘positive months’. Their marketing materials indicate higher returns that never materialize. I believe now that Eminence has no ability to trade with positive returns in today’s markets - at least on their copy trade account. Their customer service/support is severely lacking - I spent time asking questions and was merely referred to other agents who are also difficult to get hold of. Every month for the past 6 months has been some type of drawdown or negative event. I had a customer service rep (Paul) who just disappeared off the radar. The onboarding rep, Christian, is helpful, when he’s available, but only in regards to questions about possible future things, onboarding, or maybe questions about other programs which now apparently are being offered as alternatives to their failed main trading platform, EPRO. Seems that they are hawking these ‘new’ trading strategies to replace/cover up for the horrendous performance this past 6 months. Another issue - if you trade, or plan to with them - you have to monitor your accounts daily - this is not a set-and-forget - on my account they failed to close trades on one of their drawdowns, to cause me another significant loss. Their response was ‘sorry, we’ll try to better.’ No compensation, no efforts to help fix/recover with assistance - basically just do their copy-trade and hope. Well, hope is lost at this point. I strongly recommend anyone else go elsewhere rather than this company - it appears they have lost their way and do not offer an effective tool to make money - they had 1 job, and their failed at this.

I’ve been using Eminence Pro for a month now, and it’s been a smooth sailing so far. The bot has been consistent with steady growth, and I really appreciate how much focus they put on managing risk, it’s reassuring to know my capital is being protected by the 35% kill switch. Indy has been very responsive to my emails and answers all of my questions in depth. I will be updating on my journey here but all I can say for now, so far so good

I'm well versed in the trading space and have been a crypto enthusiast for years. I have never diversified my portfolio into currency trading but I’m so thankful that I did. Took me 4 months to get my package fee recouped and officially in profits!

Opened my account with Eminence in February, have been checking it on a monthly basis, besides these past couple of months I’ve seen nothing but GREEN! Christian is my account manager and would recommend him! He’s always willing to talk to matter what time of the day it is. Extremely happy, compared to my stock portfolio I'm vastly outperforming it. I joined Eminence Pro in the last week of June 2024, and I saw a 12.7% return in July, followed by 6.1% in August. I was pleased with the results, though their customer support was nearly non-existent at the time. The only person who consistently responded was Callum, who always replied to my messages. He’s the main reason I stayed with Eminence Pro. However, right before the November 2024 election, they implemented a very aggressive algorithm. I managed to minimize the damage, with only a -5.14% drawdown. It was frustrating, and I considered quitting. But they took that experience to heart and switched to a more conservative algorithm. As a result, December 2024 and January 2025 both saw returns of 2-3%. This month, the improved algorithm delivered an impressive 10.53%, marking my second-best month with Eminence Pro. I’ve recently started working with Riley, and he’s by far the best account manager I’ve had at Eminence Pro. He’s extremely responsive, empathetic to customer needs, and treats my account with the same care and attention as his own. It’s clear he genuinely cares about my success. All in all, Eminence Pro has come a long way. Their customer service has evolved from nearly nonexistent to a responsive and dedicated team. I also appreciate the weekly updates via Telegram, keeping me informed on the latest trends. Thanks to their algorithm, I’ve achieved a 48.86% return to date. Next week, I’ll be opening a new account to try out the new Medallion (Gold) algorithm. I’m looking forward to working with Riley again to get things started.

The marketing and initial results I saw were very impressive. My first trades with Eminence started around two months ago and unfortunately due to news and the election we got into a decent drawdown. Despite this the team at Eminence have mitigated this quite well and have been very open and communicative on their strategies. I have spoken with other clients as well that have been trading much longer than I have with them and their results speak for themselves. I appreciate the direct communication and professionalism from the team and I can see this being an excellent investment long term.

I was fascinated by the possibilities that AI generated trades could provide, but I was hesitant to trust a company to fulfill the promises of elevated returns. Working with Callum Elliott has been a dream. The process has been transparent, accurate and my initial investment is up over 6% in the first month. Eminence Pro has delivered!

I've been with Eminence Pro for about 6 months. My investments are growing around 2-3% overall combined monthly. They provide very responsive service when you need help or have questions. Their trading programs also allow you to diversify your portfolio. I think it will be an amazing long-term savings investment for my future.

Have been with EmPro since Jan, 2025 and have been very pleased with the service and returns. Callum was patient and genuine in setting me up and Riley has provided excellent service in helping me fund and monitor my account. I was in Maven with very lackluster results and so moved funds over to PRO.EA which has been kicking butt. Medallion has been excellent and so I'm currently in both of those. Have only been with EmPro for 2 months so too early to know how we do long term, but in the short term it's been impressive. Can't say enuf about the service.

These guys definitely know what they are doing and it has shown for me. I have been a client with them for long enough to know the goods and bads ( yes there will be bads when investing) but overall they have been transparent and I am profitable. And that's what I care about is getting my monies worth which I have. These guys give a darn and I know they really do care about their clients.

Set up is considerably fast compared to other bots I have purchased. No VPS needed is a win.

When they saw that I had given them a 4 star review, they asked me to change it to 5 stars, and when I explained why I felt 4 stars was appropriate, they rescinded the offer for a free month. (2/18/2025) Update: Now I've been using Eminence Pro for a few months. I've lost over $7000. So, if you're looking for a way to lose money even faster than the stock market, this is a sure thing. (3/12/2025) Update: This Is a Review of Eminence Pro, and is accurate. I've been using it continuously for 6 months and I'm still in the red. Eminence Pro tried to flag my review as "belonging to another business" so that they wouldn't have low star reviews on Trustpilot. Update: August 2025 I lost another $4000 yesterday. My portfolio is down $10,000 thanks to my experience with Eminence Pro.

Very pleased with my experience! Everyone was very attentive and answered all of my questions to a T. Activating the algorithms is simple which is a relief (was expecting a degree in computer science). Super impressed by their trading team in the past month of trading. I got the prestige package and that comes with 3 different trading algorithms. I allocated my capital evenly across all 3. The returns combined on a day to day basis have been net positive so far! One is definitely standing out over the rest (P.R.O.EA).

I have been a client for about 3 months. I’m happy with the result thus far. Tristan helped me get started and set up. If it continues I’ll be happy to continue with this algo. I have other algos and all are “ok”. This one is solid, It’s the second most profitable out of 4 that I own. Research all algorithms and read reviews. That’s what I did.

For those interested in signing on with Eminence Pro, or Eminence International please read through my experience below before making your decision. 1.Onboarding: Onboarding went well and the set up was straightforward. They are very fast to getting you to pay your initial deposit and set you up with your monthly subscription payment. However, I was told I would have a dedicated person for my account. This was far from the truth as I was passed from one person to another and never had a dedicated person set up for my account. 2.Performance: At the time I entered into the company, they were boasting results of 8-10% monthly gains. However, this was far from the truth as this was based on 2 great 50%+ months they had earlier making their average appear higher. The company had to recently decrease this claim as their algo strategy cannot boast this performance. Currently, people are struggling to even cover month payments, let alone recover their initial downpayment. You must run at a high risk setting than the master, however, as everyone encountered in November this is incredibly dangerous because the Eminence team can change their settings at any time without any communication. 3.Communication: One word, ABYSMAL!! When trying to reach out to anyone, it usually took several days to receive a response, and the response was a canned response not answering any of my questions. I even tried reaching out to their WhatsApp, cell phone and telegram support group and I was met with non-response. There was a time where my account lost connection for 2 weeks due to not being able to receive a response from anyone to fix the issue. When it came to the major incident in November, the support team was nowhere to be found and was completely overwhelmed by the major issue the algo glitch caused. There only form of contact with the community is through a telegram channel that they post to maybe once a month. Otherwise, you are in the dark. At other companies like this one, there are community channels, support calls, weekly trading strategy posts…this company has nothing. 4.Connection: There were several times, where my account lost connection to the master, requiring me to monitor constantly and make sure I could take manual intervention in open trades. There were also several times, where I had active trades not closed out and caused losses that I needed to execute manually. This is NOT a hands-off system by any means, so please be aware if you want to still proceed. 5.Trading Team: They claim that there is 24-hour support for monitoring the master account and taking manual intervention if necessary. However, during the November incident where the algo glitched and took 2 large trades at the top of the sequence, followed by a heavy martingale recovery strategy, the trading team let it continue to get us into a very dangerous position. It felt like it took the community to bring the issue to their attention, but at that point it was too late. The trading team then continued to just sit on their hands and not take any manual intervention requiring us to enter a hard hedging scenario to get out of. To even a novice trader, there were several opportunities for us to get out of the situation, but the trading team continued to make bad call after bad call, causing us to all lose a significant amount of money. Everyone lost at least 35% or more of their accounts depending on their risk settings. I would never again trust this team to manually manage an account of mine ever again. I don’t think I have ever been so stressed dealing with an account before. This event was worse that even the Black Swan event with the JPY pairs back in July. And this was NOT a Black Swan event. There was 1-2% move that the algo usually could handle, but it glitched out causing us not to be able to recover. 6. Risk Strategy: While other companies managed risk very well during the election year, the Eminence team said they would do the same,but instead continued to run the higher risk algorithm and when it glitched, essentially ruined this companies’ reputation in the community. We all lost a serious amount of money that will take forever to recover given their current performance. 7. Algorithm: The algo runs on a "Grid" strategy to avoid DD, however, given certain scenarios, it will martingale as witnessed in several cases. 8. Feedback: Please be extremely aware of the current positive feedback. Witnessed several false positive posts and the removal of negative posts. Please trust the current standing negative posts. Overall, my experience with EP was horrible to say the least. It's not the fact they lost me money, but how they managed their company in an extremely unprofessional manner. Save yourself the money and more importantly the stress and look at other companies.

Getting started with Eminence Pro was super easy. The setup was quick and I didn’t even need a VPS, which was a plus. Their support team was helpful and Riley made sure everything was good to go and connected. I was surprised to see the bot making profits on the first day. It’s been a nice and for the most part hands off way to try and earn a little extra. That being said forex can be unpredictable, so am keeping my expectations realistic and only investing what I’m comfortable with currently. So far it’s been working well, and I’m happy with how simple and consistent it’s made trading in the market.

Have been through some financial hardship in the past and finally got the courage back to start investing for passive income. Was underwhelmed by the slowish growth of my ETF portfolio, so I started doing my research and asking around, a friend recommended these guys and I decided to give it ago and allocated 30% of my portfolio in to eminence. That was nearly a year ago now, returns have been much better than my ETFs, glad I gave it a shot

I feel compelled to write this review after reading some of the recent negative reviews. I can only think that this must be your 1st foray with Forex trading using Bots. I too lost a lot of $ with EP recently over the last few months during the excess US dollar volatility due to the US elections. But unlike other Bot vendors, EP tried very hard to manage the drawdown and provide regular, frequent updates on the actions they were taking. I run other Forex bots besides EP trade copier. And ALL of the bots lost a lot of money during the same period. The other Bot vendors had no guidance and had to manage the drawdowns myself. I am confident that it's only a matter of time before I recoup my losses with EP (unlike my losses with other Bots).

Eminence pro is a company designed around mistrust and greed. My experience with them has been suspect from the get go. I joined at the same time as a friend of mine and was given a higher rate ($19,900) to join compared to my friend which was several thousands more. When I asked the Eminence Pro (EP) agent about it he said he would talk to his supervisor and get back to me. I then later got a message about my friend being part of some special discounted rate program but I was not offered the same discount for what reason I have no idea. They couldn’t give me any reason because we alll knew there was no good reason except greed. It’s hard to tell the customer we are just greedy and just wanted to charge you more because we felt like it. Not only was my joining fee higher but my monthly schedule of fees were higher as well. I still have the screen shots of those different monthly fees and will post that in a separate review. So the whole reason for paying this large up front fee was they promised that there would be people around the clock making sure that when the bot is in use, that when there are profits or gains that someone would be able to close the trade and take advantage of those gains. They said that after a certain point the bot pays itself off and the rest is just gains minus the monthly fees. Not even two months into the system the start making posts about market volatility and shut the bot down half the time and so now the gains are a fraction of the gains they advertised. So I say fine. Better to be safe that put my funds at risk. But not even after a few weeks of making this post I see my account is in profit for 1% or more during a series of trades. I’m watching it in real time and wondering why they haven’t had someone close these trades out as they have previously closed out trades at much lower gains. Even .05%. I’m watching and watching until eventually the trades start going negative, and more negative and more negative. We are given notices of how everything is fine and. It’s usual market volatility etc. All the while I’m thinking to myself well what happened to the account being up and the gains not being taken No mention of that whatsoever. It’s like it’s illegal to make any reference to anything that would put the blame on the company instead of anything else. Long story short they eventually close out the trades for a 35% loss. Not only have I not made my initial inflated fee back but now my account is way down. I’m looking for answers as to how they could have let this happen and of course to this day no one wants to even acknowledge the fact that they messed up and should have taken the profits when they were there and avoided all of this nonsense. I would respect them more if they were just honest and said yes we screwed up but they can’t do that. No accountability. If you want to throw your money into a bot where people like that is managing your funds then good luck. I’ve asked very kindly to have my funds refunded to me and I’ve been given psychobabble and have had to read responses as if they think I’m a total idiot. I could have done a better job managing the bot on my own than this company. You should not trust this company with any of you money. They have no sense of honor or dignity. They will sell you something that isn’t true. It’s just a matter of time before they create a major loss on your account as well.

I've been a client of Eminence Pro since June 2024. I've also been a client of NURP, ATN, TRND, FN Capital, and ASCND so I am somewhat familiar with how these companies operate. For 4 months I invested a lot of money with EM Pro and did fairly well. I actually made $230k over that period of time. While I watched other companies blow up their customer's accounts because of market volatility and "black swan" events, Em Pro seemed to weather 2 storms with some stability. I was making about 6% a month on my investment. That was until mid October 2024. Seemingly overnight, our accounts dropped by 30%. Mine even more at 45% because I was running a higher risk account that month. We all watched nervously day after day as our account balances continue to dwindle. At one point my account recovered to a 9% draw down and that would have been a good time for Eminence to close off some of it's long trades or for me to get out. I trusted they knew what they were doing and would eventually get us out, so I stayed the course. I am an investor and not a trader, but following the group Chat, I would learn that Eminence failed several times to either trade us out of the situation or hesitated to take appropriate action to manage the draw down appropriately. They were optimistic that they would be able to recover our accounts and kept us hanging on with hopeful news. And week after week that was not the case and the situation got worse. They failed to act early on to take a small lost, but by waiting had to take a much bigger lost in the end. At some point when they realized they couldn't trade us out of the situation, they closed some big ongoing trades causing my account to plummet by $60-70,000 every 3-4 days. At one point I was so mentally drained I decided to throw in the towel. I told my account advisor, Paul that I wanted to shut down my account. He told me that one of their account managers would contact me. I got a call from Riley and after telling him my concerns and wanting to shut down my account, he advised me against it. He told me if I could hang on for another week, they had a plan in place to get us out of the current drawdown and they would be able to recover most of our accounts within the week or so. He was certain the market would turn around and we would be okay in the end. That was not the case. I took his advice, and just days later my account would drop another $100,000. I decided to pull the plug before I lost my entire account. Yes, All in all, while Em Pro has made me money, I've lost around $380K through investing with them. I would say that all of the Forex Algos are the same. They all say they don't use the Martingale Strategy, make promises of huge monthly returns of 15% plus, and they have a positive track record of no losing months for 2-3 years, but they all eventually blow up for one reason or another. I would caution any hopeful investors out there when signing up. I thought I had asked all the right questions, read all the reviews, made good decisions, and I still ended up losing big time through Eminence and a few other Algo companies. Don't lose your life savings to these guys. Find a different avenue to invest your hard earned money into. It's not worth the risk. Had I trusted my gut and not listened to their expert weekly advice and pulled out when I was only $60K down I probably wouldn't be writing this review. I stuck it out and trusted them and lost an additional $320K on top of that. Never again. Chau Tran

I joined with Eminence and despite the algo making over 8% a month, I had some circumstances come up in my life where I needed to pull all of my savings to pay for a certain debt I didn’t know was coming. Eminence refunded my money as promised with no questions asked. They kept to their word as promised! Hope to come back again soon after I get my debt situation handled. Ty Christian!!!

I am not one to leave a review but after speaking to my Account Manager at Eminence, I decided to support the team. Honestly, I’m surprised by some of the negative reviews out there! Guys you all should have been aware that trading naturally comes with its ups and downs – especially when investing in it. If the Real Estate market drops, you don’t blame your agent for selling you that property do you. Yes, there was a recent dip due to a rare, election-related market wich Eminence has no control over so why are you pointing fingers at them and calling them a Scam?? My experience with Eminence Pro has been consistent since I joined in April and in my opinion, results should be viewed annually rather than on a month-by-month basis. (like any other long-term investment) The team has been super transparent about the situation, keeping us informed every step of the way which is pretty rare in any industry these days. When things are going well no one gives any praise but as soon as things don’t work out everyone is quick to blame. If you’re skeptical, take a closer look at the steady performance and the professionalism of the team. Let’s support a company instead of tearing them down over temporary challenges.

I’m leaving this because I know this group is taking it rough in the reviews right now; I don’t believe that’s fair. They have been transparent, clearly care about their business and have been very communicative about the market and issues as they came up. Truth be told unfortunately losses are going to happen and should be expected. Yes bad time for me I joined the group only two months before the issues in the market, so technically I’m upside down in my investment right now. Truth about the losses we recently took were surrounded around irrational moment in the market which ultimately ended with a liquidity sweep at the end which caused the safety close of all trades. Can’t live to fight another day without any soldiers to do so. Now do I wish they had closed it out before the liquidity hit, yes but I could’ve done that myself, but I was looking at the same signals I’m sure they were. I thought for sure it was going to turn around and it did, right after the liquidity sweep, had we survived that we would be happy right now. Now although I know losses happen I can only ask that they try to safely push our accounts to get us back to where we were quickly. I have seen their results and believe they can make that happen. I wasn’t complaining the first two months when I was crushing it, I’m not going to complain now, especially for a situation I knew could happen.

With E.P. for one month ...they hit a black swan. I lost 12k. I'm happy for anyone that can make good money. I did not. They kept saying things were down 5%... And they'd turn it around. Their words did not match my reality unfortunately... I was down 25%. I never built trust with this company as there were a few things that seemed strange. The day I added more $ to my account... Boom it slid and slid big. And they were proud they said they caught it... Not sure how that bot is programed ... But it performed awfully the month I was there... I was scared I'd lose my refund policy. But I did get that back. Good luck ... But be cautious.... I did not have a good outcome. And never did figure how their master account could be up 350% in a yr.... Hmmm ..be careful y'all TT RN I'm not printing my name because I don't need anyone to know my business... But if EP thinks I wasn't a real customer... I'm happy to to talk with them and show them our previous contract information. I shared my truth and it wasn't positive. And now they want to say I'm fake. Gets sadder still. I've moved on. Sucked up my losses and moved on.

Joined eminence at the beginning of May. Have seen some great returns so far and wanted to do anything in my power to give these guys a pat on the back. They have been given me a great experience since the beginning and good understanding of the current situation. Anyone that thinks losses won't happen, please don't even bother. Only gains month after month are impossible. About time they showed it's realistic! 😜

I've been with Eminence since July and have seen nothing but positive results. I come from a background of ral estate and have done a fair amount of equities trading. I know that not every month will be profitable and that came to fruition in October. Been seeing a lot of recviews that are negative and I felt the need to voice my opinion on here to give some insight from my perspective. The team kept us informed on what is going on and I have always been able to oreach my account manager Indy the entire time and his words were very reassuring. Losses in trading happen and I think anyone that cannot handle it should look for other avenues of investment. Still overall in a decent gain and I believe the team at Eminence handled the situation the best they coul have by preventing a complete stop out which would have been disappointing. The team deserves credit for navigating this and actually intervening instead of just sitting on the sidelines. Willing to hop on with anyone and chat if they need a confidence boost!

Realized some losses this week which is disappointing to say the least. Overall still up +30% and love the guys here at Eminence, haven't lost an ounce of trust or confidence. Have I taken a hit on my account? Yes, Why is the review positive? Because not only did Eminence prevent further losses they didn't leave us in the dark or let our accounts blow like some other companies 2 steps forward one step back.

I’ll be honest, I joined recently and saw my account balance drop a bit which had me really worried since this was such a big decision for me… I know drawdowns are normal, especially around the election, but I was still feeling a bit on edge. The support however, has been incredible and really reassuring. They keep me updated on exactly what’s happening and have a team working hard in the background. BUT being a bit of a sceptic, I did my own research and saw that other people with different companies have lost their entire account balance during these elections. Knowing that our team spotted this early and acted quickly gave me peace of mins.. I genuinely feel like I’m in great hands with a tea that really cares!

Update: Nov 22- algo hit stop loss and lost 35% of account balance. Eminence says they ll recover but how soon no one knows. What is important is to understand what did Eminence learn from this event ? What changes are they making to the algo so it doesn't take large positions in volatile markets or when the market opens? What would be their strategy going forward for manual intervention ( how soon)..business as usual would lead to lot of good people loosing their hard earned money.. couple of more times the algo hits stop loss and everyone's account will be wiped out am sure.. Good luck I would like to start with saying that this is a risky investment and forex in general is. Who ever is willing to consider this or other algo companies only invest in what you are willing to loose (dont put your life savings). With that being said, i have had pleasant experiences in my dealings with Tristan (havent dealt with anyone else in the company). joined in Sept 24, made about 2%, due to current drawdown scenario lost 5% in october and another 5% today (Nov) as i write. the communication from team has been good so far..At this point I'm taking hit on my initial capital. Hence i wouldnt say the algo is fool proof, but in volatile times they need to have better strategies to preserve capital(trade less or not trade). it is to be seen if i ll take further losses and update here as we go. it could take months to recoup lost capital and the initial fee..

I have been informed that part of my problem may have been with my broker TastyFx. I have decided to give them another chance on their reccomended broker OX Securities since they did a 10% return for November. Their support also seems to be improving. I did not change their settings.In response to EP response. My problem with EP is not that there was a drawdown my problem was I got a margin call and immediately emailed them for instructions and did not get a timely response. They brag about their results since starting but if you look at their MYFXBook page you will see the best results were at the beginning and the results have been deteriorating since then except for November. I am giving them a second chance.

Been in this 4 months now and so far thrilled that I have had no massive losses. Had a frustrating few days when my account was disconnected from trading and I had no idea how to get it working but Riley finally got me back up (I am not good at this technical stuff). Any way despite missing a few days of trades I have to say no one can argue with the success I have had so far. 30% in 4 months; this month only1.92% so for because of missing a few days but Just to show how great this can be. My monthly social security check = $810 (yes pretty measly I know). My current gain from Eminence for October = $2,369.90 and there are still 10 days to go until the end of the month. This is what you call life changing especially as it is working when you are getting on with your life.

Not to throw anyone under the bus but the customer service could be better. Apparently now I have a dedicated account manager so it seems like they have taken steps to improve this. Outside of that, I have to give them credit on their consistency. Have not had a single losing day since I have started and compared to a few other companies out there, my drawdown has been pratically non existent outside of a few days last month. I was onboarded by Riley, very nice guy and seemed to know what he was talking about. Whole process took about 15 minutes and then he stayed on with me to answer the questions I had so thanks for that! I will be posting updates here on a monthly basis and so far I have waited 3 months to give an honest review and I am quite pleased. I plan on depositing more once I hit the 6 month milestone. 31% in 3 months aint bad!

From the sales pitch to the onboarding process, Akram made things straightforward and smooth. I was considering several other competitors, but ultimately, the guarantees made me choose Eminence Pro over others in the industry. Is the software expensive? Absolutely! The ongoing fees can get pricey, too! However, in August and September of 2024, I saw returns of 9% in two months, not 12 months.

My experience didn't start off smoothly. It took a while to get onboarded on the platform and to adjust my trading strategy. I wasn't seeing much success initially but I stuck with it and spent more time speaking with the team to figure out what I needed to do. Over time I began to see steady improvements and now I'm making consistent profits.

The interface is intuitive making navigation simple even for someone new to forex trading like me. Additionally their fee structure is clear, which has given me more confidence while trading. Overall, it's a solid platform that I trust.

The trading platform is reliable, with minimal downtime, and it offers a wide range of assets to choose from. Overall, it's been a great experience, and I'm seeing better results in my trades.

Started with Eminence Pro and I’m excited so far. Only been trading about 10 days and we are up about 4% and we still have another 10 trading sessions. Our win rate is over 83% Yeah baby!! So a big thank! I thank you, my wife thanks you, my children thank you and my grand children thank you. A great blessing 😎

The good: support in setting up was efficient. I mentioned my initial contact said, I believe, I could get 20% a month on the aggressive setting the setup guy said bad idea as it would void guarantee. The bad $19,900 fee and they did not tell me until after I signed up an additional monthly fee depending on account size. Minimum account size suggested $10,000, I funded mine with $13,000. Started September 4th results as of October 3rd, profit $496.70. The last week to ten days flat or down slightly. Checked their FXBook results for nine months of 2024 their monthly average profit 7.97%. My monthly profit 3.8% gross. November they did 10%

It's been over 5 weeks since I signed up with Eminence Pro. My friend was making good money so I decided to give it a try. I'm brand new to trading. Their website says 14.6% monthly profit. My friend said it's more like 8-10% depends on the risk level you choose. For the month of September I got around 4.67%. That's way less what the company claims. My account was inactive for the first few days after the activation. I contacted the staff and they promised to fix it. A few days later same issue. Contacted them again. No response. Then I contacted the brokerage company and they told me that a wrong password was used. I contacted Eminence again and was told that they will fix it and call me right back. Two days later no response. At that point I requested a refund. 15 minutes later I got a phone call that everything is fixed and running. It took almost 10 days for them to fix it. I could have made around $2000 based on the master account performance. They offered one more month fee free. I contacted the customer service via email a few times. No response till today. To sum it up: Performance not as advertised Customer service via email practically not existent Fees are pretty high On the bright side: It's still better than having money in the bank. So far no loss. My advisor always answer my texts or calls. I hope things will improve and I'll change my ratings for this company. But they asked me for an honest review. So here it is.

It has been a smooth trading experience with decent profits and low drawdowns , even in volatile markets. I love how it balances risk and reward, making it ideal for new traders like me. Being hands off is a huge bonus.

When I first started using Eminence Pro, the profits were moving really slow during the initial 2 weeks, which made me a bit nervous. Six weeks, I’m up 8 1/2%. It’s a no-brainer. Literally, I do nothing.

I could not be happier than I am with the decision to use the Eminence PRO platform. I know NOTHING about currency trading. I still know nothing, but am up 24% on my initial investment from 2.5 months ago. They are fantastic with onboarding, and it was super easy to get setup and started. I am grateful to my man Shion for helping me feel comfortable with the investment and making the experience exceptional. The program does exactly what I was told it would. With global uncertainty and the upcoming election, the algorithm traded or stopped trading to protect downside. I've had only 2 days with negative movement and both for minimal amounts. They have my full confidence. If looking into this, ask for Shion. He is honest, and genuinely a good dude. I am excited to see where we are after a full year based on the results so far. Thank you!

Our initial call to learn more about this product was abruptly cancelled by the company, saying "if you don't want to pay the $20,000 platform fee, it's your problem that you won't take advantage of our 15% per month returns." Level of arrogance is a complete turn off, not to mention this company has little if any valid track record. Have no choice but to question the validity of this company. Better and lower risk options out there. Advise not to throw $20k into this up front as you will likely never see it back.

Eminence Pro has consistently delivered impressive profit returns, making it one of the standout trading companies in the market. I've been with them for about 5 months, and the results have been fantastic. Their investment strategies seem to be well thought out and based on solid market analysis, which has helped me achive better returns than I had initially expected. Even in volatile market conditions they manage risk well ensuring steady growth.

Excellent experience so far. Initial sales call with Callum was very informative and low pressure. Onboarding with Christian was super smooth. Coming up on 1 month and returns have been 5.68%. Trading volume was turned down recently to account for potential volatility. This has decreased daily gains a lot but I appreciate the team being responsible and protecting the downside. Having come from another algo company where millions and millions were lost across the majority of users due to a black swan event, capital preservation and peace of mind is much more important to me than a few extra % per month.

I have been a client of Eminence Pro for two months now and I am glad I decided to go for it. I was extremely wary as I first learned about it via social media, and it most certainly appeared to be too good to be true. I appreciate the sales rep I worked with, Shion, for his patience with me as I was quite rude in my attempts to expose this potential swindle. He graciously connected me with an existing client whose account of his positive experience helped me decide to invest. The onboarding process was quick and smooth. I went with Eminence's recommendation of Ox Securities as the brokerage for hosting my account, and they have generally had excellent customer service with wire transfers being available in my account within hours rather than the up to 48 hours they state it may possibly take (with the exception of when a bank on my side which I will NOT be using again made a mistake copying the instructions). I have been able to withdraw funds quickly as well as deposit them. There have been some nail-biting moments (thus the 4 stars rather than 5) as while trades have never _closed_ leaving me with more than a fraction of a percentage loss, I have seen the balance in my account down over 10% due to trades being in the red before the market turned around for a massive profit. If you look closely into the performance history as I did before investing, you will see that the trading system has adopted a more conservative approach since December of 2023. The returns since this time have been about 8.25% per month. While this is not the 14-15% I have seen touted in their marketing, it is an exceptionally good return, far better than I have been able to achieve with my own trading. If returns continue like this, a $100k total investment under the current fee structure will result in about $70k in profit after one year with the license fee paid off about 4.5 months in. With a quarter million invested, you are looking at doubling that in a year's time with the license fee covered inside of two months. Certainly no investment like this is for the faint of heart and there is never a guarantee for what the future holds, however thus far I am a very satisfied customer.

I really enjoy having our Eminence Pro accounts. At first it didn't seem to trade and being highly skeptical of anything you just do on emotion over a Facebook Add is very nerve racking after you lost a ton already in the stock market and during these times of uncertainty. However the moment I decided to give up and count our losses and look somewhere else Eminence Pro took off like a rocket! Didn't see any trades then all of a sudden BAM 31 trades. I thought I had my settings wrong or a server error, or just flat out duped. However Eminence Pro rises from the ashes and starts slaying dragons! Not sure of what my percentage profit will be monthly but I have no doubt it will be exponential. I feel so much more confident now to put more funds in the brokerage and move forward with the amazing team. I probably got on everyones nerves, but they stayed patient and professional with me whilst we got the beast unleashed. Akram Onboarding was laid back and easy and answered all my objections ( I do sales for a living and know how to trip up sales guys looking for the chink in their armor and their smooth tactics ). However Akram is the man ! He delivered. Asher was air tight and solid and has been amazing at answering my questions quickly and helping me at ease. God bless the Eminence Pro family. I purchased 4 algos at that same time, and one of them was a disaster; the other 2 are slow and steady at 7%, and Eminence Pro has been doing over 14% for the past 2 months. The set up was easy. You can watch the trades if you want. You can see all of the active trades as well as all of the closed trades too. With other algos they want you to watch each day and intervene if the account goes down, but with Eminence Pro there's nothing to do.

WOW is all I can say today. I am still a beginner in this and not making near the profits some of the other reviewers have but that is most likely because I do not have it on a high risk setting. What really blew me away yesterday and today was that I woke up to a text from the team letting me know that they were on a drawdown due to market conditions and they recommended leaving my multiplier on the standard setting and that they expected to end in profit. I responded that I had no idea how to check or change my multiplier and would they check it for me. The response was Yes they would have the team check it. Well then I looked at my account and it was down around $5k so if I had not woken up to that text I would likely have panicked a bit. My account went down over $8k during the day which would have eaten all my profits but I got another couple of texts assuring me that this would turn around and they had seen this before. I’ve got more than one trading bot but there is only one that makes money, is easily managed and has a support network that is actually helpful and that’s Eminence Pro ! I’m making more money than I expected by far and with volatility spiking in the equities markets, there is no better way to diversify. I expect that the demand for their products will be rising and with that perhaps the price…. It’s worth whatever they’re going to charge. This is the third service that I've tried, and so far they are the only ones that have done what they said they'd do. I've only been with Eminence PRO for a little over a month, and I've averaged over 10% so far. They handle everything! You don't need to watch your account daily, which is fantastic seeing how I lost ALL of my account (over $30,000) with another company while on vacation over the course of 3 days!

This is an edit of a previous review. The experience with Eminence started out phenomenally. There were double digit returns. I broke even in less than 45 days. We just kept making money, until we didn't. In October, the traders running the algorithm placed a couple of massive trades on the system. To their credit they were right about them. The trades went to within 1 pip of the TP mark. And then they turned. The traders lacked the discipline to admit the profits got away from them and then allowed a 2.5% profit trade to turn into a nearly 35% drawdown. There was an equity protector in place that was to close all trades in the event of a catastrophic failure like this, but they kept closing trades and realizing losses to keep from hitting it. When it was all over nearly a month later, the equity protector hit and nearly 50% of the portfolio was gone. This type of experience would teach anyone a lesson right? Well last week, after lowering the equity protector to 15% they did the exact same thing again, closing trades and realizing losses to prevent hitting it. When it was all said and done, 25% of the portfolio was gone this time. This was the direct result of the head trader being wrong about a trade and not getting out of it. In fact, they entered 7 additional equal positions of the same initial bad trade. The downfall of Eminence is the arrogance to think that it does not need to respect the market. There are no stop losses on any trades. There is a blatant refusal to even consider they may be reading the market wrong when manually trading. They consistently let trades that are in profit go to drawdown because the profits weren't as big as they were aiming for. And in the last bit, they have introduced new assets that were never in the original agreement. Beware the 5 star reviews, they are left after email pushes asking for reviews immediately after a winning trade. In the past 6 months, they have produced two massively negative months and a month that posted only a 1% gain due to their constant drawdowns. I don't know what went so wrong, but it appears to be that their algo was overfitted for the market last year and is suffering poorly now. This has led to questionable decisions in the manual trading space. Eminence used to be so good, but you are better holding cash and picking up cheap securities in this market.

I found Eminence Pro via an ad on social media. Thought to myself this is way too good to be true. I set up an appointment and listening to what they had to offer I became more intrigued but still had my doubts. I have never invested or taken such a large risk like this in my life as I am the ultra conservative type and keep money sitting in checking and savings making me absolutely nothing. I asked them for a little time to make a decision and did a little homework on the company beforehand as well. I ultimately decided to make the investment and start with a small balance to test the waters. There were a few hiccups in the beginning because my account was not set up right but the team at Eminence eventually got me squared away. Needless to say as I saw the results coming in I added more capital to the account to trade with thus increasing my results even more. I’m up almost 20% after just 8.5 weeks. At this moment I am a very happy customer. Yes I still have some doubts for the long run but so far a great experience. Not every trade the bot makes is a winning trade but 65% win ratio has been wonderful to say the least and the winners are bigger than the losers for sure.

From the marketing... to the initial call with Ryan (who was so assuring, not pressuring, and informative to meet me where I was and effectively answer my questions and concerns). Then I took the leap! And the process was SUPER SIMPLE and VERY QUICK! Within 24-30 hours, I was up and trading. Asher, my rep, took time with me and confidently got my account set up. He made sure I didn't have any more questions and that I was confident in reviewing my numbers. Then... trades started going. 17 for 17 winners day one. Unreal. Up about 2% immediately. Then, the next day - more money in. The third day - we had 4 losers and 36 winners... total loss of the day? Just over $1 - wins for the day? Over $440. I'm so excited about the conservative approach with AI. Eminence Pro is very different from the others I've researched. In a good way. In fact, I had previously joined another large group of Forex Algorithm users. Don't let them sell you on the Martingale approach... it usually works. But usually isn't a great strategy... and it required quite a bit of time and knowledge that I don't have. EP is incredible. Of course, I'm still very new. But I'm more than excited to be a part of it. It's like a family already. I'm not a number... I'm a friend. These guys care. They're going to grow, yes. But they're keeping it controlled so they can maintain that 'family feel.' I added another $46,000 to my account after 3 days of trading. I'm a fan. Cheers.

Well I am just starting out and have made no returns yet but this is only my first day up and running and trades were not taken because I have a small balance but I am assured they will soon. I can speak about the service so far which has been 5 star, I am small potato's compared to others but they still treated me very well, great, patient explanations, had a few hiccups with the onboarding call because I am so hopeless at technical stuff but wow they never made me feel bad. I will update my post after a couple of months of seeing how my account performs. July 22nd and now showing 8.5% profit since starting June 12th, I did have a week where no trades happened. While I am not at the percentage profit others are, it is exciting to see this much profit and I look forward to regular 10% months as my account grows

After looking into many online opportunities, I chose Eminence around 4/10/24 I wanted to get into trading, but I was not an expert, so was looking for someone that was. I felt that Callum and Christian were very genuine and forthcoming with all aspects of the business and this is why I took a chance with them- my 1st month experience so far, and I just withdrew my first month profit which was 16% and that felt really good, 2nd month 8%. 3rd month 8% Also, there is a “buy in” fee which is relative to split you want. Will update my review in a few months to really see the ebb and flow of this and will increase my deposit if I see it progressing! 8/4/24 Update: Today I got to meet and talk to Theo Miller ( Founder) and 60 other clients on a Zoom call. How amazing to hear other clients, especially professional traders investing way more than me, praising this company and their results. After this it seems we all are going to invest more and feel confident in our decision to use Eminence!

They were honest and up front with their performance and even with that one bad review. Callum and Christian have been awesome with me. I was very nervous getting started, but I just finished up my first month with the algorithm and I'm up 14.46%. If your money is in the S&P, you'd be lucky to beat that in a year. Get your calculator out and see have much you can make in a year or better, 5 years. This sh!t works.

I was a little bit leery about getting involved with this company because of their website does not have a lot of information on it about them on it. And they don't have a lot out there on the web about them either. But they've always been very courteous and helpful with my questions and my portfolio is doing better than I was expecting.

Funny, that 1star review from earlier today... because i spent nearly 2hours on Zoom with Callum as he patiently explained everything to a trading newbie. No fat portfolio here, but definitely no complaints... 1star for canceling a call that could probably be rescheduled on the next day seems a bit extreme; the poor guy was booked solid for almost 12 hours. i know he went over the hour-long estimated time with me, & that was at 5 A.M. i probably set his whole schedule back with my INexperienced questions. I haven't actually joined yet, but am hoping to do so... so i can only rate the initial consult - but i thought Callum did great; he was patient, thorough, professional, & courteous. Hopefully i can update my review when i join the other 22 happy 'bots' with good grammar skills.

Callum wasted my time by cancelling the scheduled call at the last minute. Extremely unprofessional for anyone claiming to have a system worth the supposed results. It's likely the majority of these 5 star reviews are BS anyway, way too clean and concise in grammar and punctuation. I'm a full time investor with a half million dollar portfolio looking to diversify, glad I dodged a bullet with this one.

DONT FALL for companies saying they will make you 20% every month consistently. It happens but it's for sure not often. Other companies will guarantee 10, 15, even 20% gains every month and that is simply not true (at least in my experience it isn't). I am happy with eminence bc they are real and conservative with their forecasts, and every month so far they have surprised me.
