I was recently informed of a misrepresentation of my name and position through InnovaTrade.ai clients. I am the owner and operator of Trade Thriving and have never been an employee of InnovaTrade. I was labeled as their software engineer on public profiles because I did write most of the AI platform. I did not have any involvement in how Innova operates or markets their white labeled version of Thriving. Innova has a licensing agreement with Thriving to provide a platform with ai analysis trading insights and portfolio automation to clients. They were provided a white label version of the Thriving platform with some differences for their clients. Innova produced and managed their own marketing materials and contracts. As per the licensing agreement and contract with Thriving. Innova was supposed to provide copies of the marketing material for approval from Thriving. Limited marketing material was provided and when asked for all marketing material, none were produced. I have been told of some of the marketing being promoted by Innova making huge returns using our ai. Simply put I told my contacts with Innova that we do not make any promises on returns and the most successful client accounts are ones with customized portfolios. Thriving has never made any promises on performance, we have only stated what some of the ranges have been during the bull market early in 2025. With the misrepresentation of my name and Innova marketing efforts I have terminated the contract between Innova and Thriving. I have also liquidated all positions to prevent any hanging positions inside of client's brokerage accounts and disabled the Innova logins. Any refund requests should be directed to InnovaTrade. I have the presentation call and was sent the contract. The contract does not reflects what was promise on the call. You take all the risk if there are losses and they are not responsible or warranty any results, but if there are profits they keep it, if you decide to cancel. Also they restrict all their customer from sharing any negative statements or any communication via social media, online forums, or private conversations. This means they ARE HIDING ALL THE NEGATIVE results from their clients. This is why you will only find positive reviews. This is a big red flag for me after my experience with with a different Forex AI company. They promise a lot, but they always come short of their promises and then you cannot shared your real experience to warm others. Their results never justify the high upfront cost and all these AI stop working in a few months and loses money. Needless to say that I will not trust them with my money or be one of their customers. They definitely have a lot to hide. Otherwise, why do you have to sign that confidentiality agreement that forbit any negative review? I already loss enough with the other Forex currency AI. Their Miami address is not for their business. When you check it on sunbiz.org, there are hundreds of businesses register to that same address and they don't come up as a register business in Florida.

Since January i'm currently down 12% which is nothing in my opinion, and 8% of that was last month where other lost 2-3x that. After the recent tariff disaster, I had to think on my feet and change what I was currently doing. Avoid any algorithm that requires you to put your money in an unregulated offshore broker with 500x leverage just to turn a profit, it’s a disaster waiting to happen. I joined Innova because I like the fact that I am now in control of my portfolio and have a dashboard that I can see what is actually happening. This is the only US regulated algorithm that I have found so far and I have been in this algorithm space for a while now. I’ve had a great experience with the Innova team so far!

If I hadn’t found this, I wouldn’t be investing in the market. I have no time or real desire to learn how to evaluate stocks and market trends. I like how this gives me the opportunity to do my own investing with the minimum amount of risk from making boneheaded emotional decisions. I saw the AI perform consistently to grow my portfolio before all the tariff hysteria, but when it continued to grow while the market took a beating, I was duly impressed.
